Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-ray, Wifi.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Girls mini vacation

Loved the balcony, with the great ocean view. The chairs on balcony were very comfortable. We had our coffee in the morning and our drinks at night there. Kitchen is small but big enough and had everything we needed. The living room furniture looked fairly new and was comfortable as well. Be aware most of the pools close after the second week in September. Our beach access was pretty close. We would definitely rent there again.

Great getaway!!

Place was awesome! Super comfy beds. Very spacious! Only downfall we experienced was another tenant smoking and it coming into our bathroom. This happened multiple times a day and at times prevented us from even using the bathroom. Other thing I wish we knew ahead of booking was the cost per person to use the pool/gain beach access. Otherwise this place was wonderful!!!!

Nice unit, great location

We had a very pleasant experience here. I found the unit to be clean and have everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Vacasa was prompt when we had one small request. View was wonderful. The location is great, so close to the beach and pools. It is a perfect spot for an easy family vacation. It was a good size for a family of four for the week. Be aware the dryer in the unit does not work at all, which is a little annoying for a full week at the beach if you wanted to wash beach towels and bathing suits mid-week, and there is not a drying rack either so there is really nothing to do but run the dryer for about nine hours hoping for the best. This was the only drawback to this particular unit.

Great location

The condo was just as advertised. It was clean when we arrived and ready for us to enjoy. I loved the security and the privacy that the Sea Colony gave us during our stay. The only problem was that the Air Conditioning did not work. Vacasa was contacted and someone was sent on a Sunday and he said it wasn’t working but he couldn’t access the panel in the building and that someone else would contact us. No one ever contacted us nor did it get fixed. I contacted at least 3 more times and the issue was never resolved. Luckily it was very cool at night so we had to sleep with the sliding doors open.

Nice place worth a visit

The condo is very well laid out, clean, pleasant, and convenient both to the amenities and attractions in Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. The bedrooms are quite roomy and the beds, couches and chairs are comfortable. We never felt cramped. VACASA staff are first rate and very responsive. The unit does show some wear and tear, which is common among rentals. Half of the dresser drawers were unusable. The HVAC is in the primary bedroom's closet and very loud, as are most of the appliances. The bathroom in the primary bedroom is very dark and there was not a ventilation fan in the second bathroom. The shelves and pantry in the kitchen were full of cooking appliances, so we stored food on the counter. Despite the minor drawbacks, we had a good experience and would recommend Sea Colony and the unit to other renters.

Great getaway!

Spacious unit and nice upgrade from our previous one-bedroom rentals. The two BRs and 2 Baths have our family enough room at all times. Beds and furniture were super comfortable, and balcony furniture was perfect for relaxing by the ocean. The multiple TVs were a big help too. The AC was probably the best we’ve ever had in all the years coming to Sea Colony. Had a little bit of an issue with the parking space since vertical clearance wasn’t high enough to fit our car with the top storage unit on the cross bars. We had to take it off to use the reserved space. All in all, a great unit which we hope to rent again next year. Thank you to the owners for keeping it in great shape!

Terrific property

This was a very nice, comfortable unit. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Can’t wait to come back.

More small bowls for cereal, salads and soup are badly needed. Also a good broom and dust pan. Real glasses would be appreciated instead of plastic ones. we had a difficult time trying to figure out the AC. Some written instructions would have helped on cool evenings.

Condo was clean, beds were very comfortable, nice outside chairs, the condo had everything we needed. However, a few things need some TLC such as broken dishwasher, broken coffee machine (maintenance did come by to check broken dishwasher) and sliding glass door and windows are in desperate need of cleaning. However, with that, we would still stay here again and enjoyed our time very much!

Comfortable…but…

Pros: great view, comfortable newer couch and beds, clean towels, space is nice..we had a good time. Cons: needs updates in kitchen and bathrooms, bathroom towel rod is not functional, kitchen ice machine is not clean, dishwasher does not work, and Keurig doesn’t work While there are updates needed, we had what we needed and enjoyed ourselves. It was a nuisance with towel rods and non functioning appliances.
