Ideal for larger families, it provides multiple gathering spaces inside and out. Enjoy fishing, surfing, beach walks, and nighttime ghost crab hunting for unforgettable memories. Professionally decorated in cool blue and white tones, each room exudes an elegant and comfortable coastal vibe. The abundance of windows in the living area offers panoramic ocean views perfect for spotting dolphins and migrating Right Whales.

PELICAN BEACH has a street beach walkover that takes you directly to the beach. The beach is incredibly private, accessible only to locals. The coquina-sand beach is a favorite nesting spot for sea turtles. At night, grab a flashlight for ghost crab hunting with the kids. Your beach playground is perfect for fishing, surfing, walking, and relaxing.

Welcome to 62 Ocean Street, Palm Coast, FL 32137, Life's a Beach!
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BBQ gas grill is available to use. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Check in time: 3:00 pm
Check out time: 10:00 am

PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE.  USE A WALKOVER AT THE END OF THE STREET.

Trash days are Monday & Thursday.             
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
 
Check-out time by 10:00 am.

Before departing, Please do the following:
When you're ready to head out, here’s a quick checklist:

- Double-check for any personal items (chargers, wallets, passports, etc.).
    (Closets, drawers, bathrooms, under beds — all the sneaky spots!)

- Load the dishwasher and start the cycle, please.

- Leave any food items in the refrigerator — our housekeeping team will manage any clean-up.

Please DO NOT remove bed linens — our professional team will care for all bedding and preparations.

- If you have a minute and wish to assist, starting a load of used beach towels would be greatly appreciated. Please do not mix white and colored towels.(Totally optional!)

- Turn off the lights and lock up windows and doors.

- Set AC on 75 degrees;

- Take out any trash to the outside bin.

- If you brought a furry friend, please clean up after them outside.

- Gave the grill a workout? A quick clean-up would be awesome.

Enjoy the tranquility of a beach with no public parking, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience. Relax and unwind in this idyllic coastal haven, where you can truly escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We have plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber is also available.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
