“Beach Dreams” is a luxurious vacation rental that will have you and your family visiting year after year,
This vacation home has a total of 3 porches, 2 covered and 1 screened, backyard heated salt pool with a private landscaped oasis.
The back yard area features a fire table with Adirondack chairs and an outside dining area equipped with a gas grill.
The house is Located on a quiet paved road with no through traffic, this tropical oasis gives you exclusive access to a beautiful sandy beach, closed to public access just an easy five-minute walk away,
Beach toys, chairs, and towels are provided for your convenience.

After a sun-filled day at the beach, chill out on one of the 3 porches or swim in the salt pool. Each porch has comfortable furniture to seat the entire family!

The main floor has a living room with a smart TV, a fully stocked modern kitchen, a dining room, a half bathroom, laundry area and a large, covered porch.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms with another full bathroom, and a large screened-in porch!

The 3rd floor has a queen bedroom with a private bathroom and a private 3rd-floor balcony with peek-a-boo views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV.

Smart TVs in every room are in Guest Mode, allows guests to stream their favorite channels, and automatically logs you out the day of your departure.
High-speed internet provides optimal conditions for working, streaming, and gaming.

Indoor family board games are provided for hours of fun after a long day at the beach.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in this very comfortable home. The outdoor screened in patio was a perfect spot for hanging out this time of year.The home was very clean, the kitchen had plenty pots and pans. A short walk to the beautiful beach... and very friendly neighbors.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The aesthetic of the house was great-backyard and pool were picture-ready which made my two teenage daughters very happy. We loved the neighborhood beach access (no crowds!) and the wagon came in handy for toting chairs/etc both ways. Proximity to Publix and restaurants was convenient but we were also able to cook in the home without issue-plenty of cookware and spices. Check in was a breeze and Deb was very responsive when we reached out with a question. 5/5

Management of property is top notch. Often you arrive at a place and someone has to spot clean here and there while someone else has to go pick up more supplies (enough beach towels, toddler cups, what have you). NOT HERE.Location was spotless, and they’ve outfitted the place beautifully for the whole family. Would you appreciate a clean pack-n-play with something nicer than the usual yucky thin mattress? They have it. Do you run warm at night? Big (but quiet) fans are at the ready. Want a killer blender for margaritas? Check! Plenty of towels for pool in the morning and beach in the evening? Fun pool toys? Beach supplies? Check, check, check!Deb is very attentive, quick in response, and blessedly patient.Want to know what we did on the road home? Looked at their other properties and began planning our next family trip to their Smokey Dreams location!

Paradise for spring break!

Our schedules have been crazy the last six months and we wanted a place where we could be comfortable and enjoy the sun, pool and ocean and this place gave us everything. Thank you Deb for sharing your beautiful home, a family vacation we will always remember!

Awesome stay!

The house is very nice and quite clean. Towels and beach toys are plentiful and very handy. The location is great - if some people want to spend 6 hours on the beach while others are only up for 2, it's not a problem because it's so close. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were not fancy, but all functional. The kitchen was well stocked with pots / pans / knives / bowls / sheet pans, but was limited on wine glasses (6 plastics). It's a compact but functional kitchen. Although the range was very nice, it needs some attention - 1 of the burners didn't work / went out regularly and the broiler element in the oven was also broken and wouldn't light. The control knobs were loose and kept falling off. The AC was fantastic and temperature was super comfortable, and the various decks and outdoor seating areas were great! Having the salt-water pool was wonderful. Even if you left the beach, but still wanted to cool off, the pool was right there! 2 of the beach chairs were broken, but stored with the rest of the gear, so we didn't find out till we were already at the beach. Slight inconvenience, but we alerted the owner and set the broken chairs aside, so that shouldn't be an issue for future guests. Deb was very prompt with all communications and was a great host! We'd definitely return to this rental in the future!

Great property and location.

We stayed at this property for the Daytona 500 weekend 2025, and had a wonderful time. Loved all of the amenities, especially the heated pool. I will definitely seek this home when staying in the area again.

Great place to stay a walking distance from the beach

It is an excellent location to stay, just a walking distance from the beach. We have so much fun in the pool, the porch, the beach. Is an excellent place to stay with your family close to St Augustine.

The Best Place for a Family Vacation!!

My family and I spent 6 days at this beautiful beach house and were so impressed!!! We have little ones, ages 1, 2, and 8 and the house had toys, books, and coloring books that all the little loved! The backyard was like a little oasis, just absolutely beautiful! The only thing I have to say is that the grass hadn’t been cut in a while, therefore we couldn’t really get to the outdoor fire pit without being worried of what we couldn’t see. Other than that, we were so very satisfied with our stay. Would definitely rebook!!!

The location was perfect. The house was beautiful. Very relaxing, very roomy. Outdoor area was so peaceful. It was equipped with all the amenities. Homeowner was very helpful and punctual on any questions that we had.

Family Holidays at Dream Beach House

We were greeted by twinkling Christmas tree lights and a festive dining table. We had a fun-filled family celebration. The house was very comfy for our family of six ( aged 21-79). Loved the beach theme decor and the attention to safety - smoke detectors, emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers, and back door pool alarm. Quiet location close to beach. Road construction was a minor inconvenience. We will be back in April!

We absolutely loved our time in Palm coast the house was amazing! Debra is great!!

We had a great experience from start to finish. The house is beautiful! We had a great time at the beach and everything you need is a short distance from the property. The beach was beautiful, we rode bikes from the property and swam in the pool a lot the neighbors are wonderful. If you are looking for a relaxing home away from home this is the place to go. Debra is wonderful!! We will be back in the near future. They are doing some construction on the street currently but it did not bother us and still very quiet.
