This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A. The home has access to Naturewalk amenities, 4 bikes and a 6 seater golf cart.

Step inside the spacious first level and be refreshed by the bright white walls and warm, welcoming décor elements. An open-concept floorplan joins the kitchen, dining, and main living areas, creating the perfect gathering space for creating vacation memories. Plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a large, mounted flat-screen television make a great spot for a family movie night. The large gourmet kitchen is a home cook’s dream and features custom white cabinetry, premium stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and an impressive gas range. The breezy outdoor porch is an ideal place to start your morning with a hot coffee or welcome happy hour with a cocktail.

This stunning home is a short walk from the Naturewalk community pool, and a short golf cart ride to the best dining and shopping in the area. Experience this gorgeous, designer home and prepare yourself for the extraordinary vacation.

This was one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making the whole process easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Good Getaway

Very nice neighborhood and an excellent property. Easy access to the beach via the provided golf cart and the pool was also very nice. Publix is very close and it is centrally located to many of the restaurants in the 30A area. WE enjoyed our stay and would like to return to this property or others in Nature Walk.

A private getaway with neighborhood ammenties

We were very pleased with the property, as well as our property manager who helped us in many ways. The bikes were the best we've had come with a property, as well as access to the golf cart. The back patio is a major treat in NatureWalk, as not all homes have this degree of privacy. 5 stars!

Very Clean Place House, Overall Happy

I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this house. It appears like new inside. We enjoyed all the board games and amenities of this home. One request from my family to yours. Please upgrade the sheets in the King master bedroom. We had problems when the mattress cover sheet every single night. Secondly, the golf cart does need some attention, it needs a tune up

We love the quick access to Publix, the bike trails to the beach and the ease to visit Seaside. This time, we knew we Athena convenience and necessity of a golf cart and bikes. These both came with the house, a great bonus feature that sets this vacay property apart from our last. This time we traveled with my sister and her family. The house layout was large enough to accommodate both families, while offering separate living spaces for kids and adults. We loved the screened porch and patio out back. The decor and finishes were well appointed. Overall, it just felt like home away from home. Would definitely recommend it and will likely book again on our next trip!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time! The neighborhood is beautiful and in a great location. Publix abs a few restaurants are a bike ride away at rhe front of the neighborhood. The paths and amentities were beautiful. The beach was accessible by bike, car, or golf cart. The pictures of the home do not do it justice, it’s lovely and had everything we needed and more.

Nature Walk

Beautiful Home. Nice back screened in area and yard to relax. Great location towards rear of community. Golf cart was very nice and very fun. Wish they had local television but was able to log onto my Netflix account. I would go back without question and most likely will 👍 Highly recommend!!

Was the perfect place for a cup of coffee, and to listen to the chatter of the birds! The size of the home was very accommodating for our family of 8. The golf cart was perfect for short excursions in the community. It was a pleasure working with Michael of the property management company. Our one issue was promptly handled.

We loved this house and neighborhood. We search and search every time for a clean well maintained property. This was cleaner than you could ask for. The golf cart was like new and got us wherever we needed to go. Publix is next door along with ice cream and the perfect pig which is tasty. All furniture was in great shape, clean indoor and out. Highly recommended!!!!

Spring Break Crew 21!

From the moment we walked in we loved the decor, the cleanliness, ALL the appliances, the newness of absolutely everything! The house is set up perfect we loved the outdoor patio where we could sit outside and have adult drinks while the kids played. We made s’mores one night which was a hit! The golf cart was a huge hit, the golf cart was in great shape easy to charge easy to access perfect. My only recommendation is that there would be two king master suites instead of just the one as the other couple could’ve had access to a bigger size bathroom and bedroom area. My husband and I loved the master suite the bed was so comfortable, we had plenty of space in drawers for our clothes/kids clothes and separate walk in closest! There were plenty of coffee mugs, plates of all sizes for dinner and plenty of utensils. The large long island counter was perfect for the daily breakfasts and lunches we made! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed - could have used a few more large skillets. We had the best time and did not want to leave! The washer abs dryer were a perfect addition and in prestine shape as I went home with no dirty laundry :) the worst part of returning him IMO! We would recommend this house again and WILL be back!

Family Friendly

This was our first time to the area and we didn't know what to expect. The house was new and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The golf cart is definitely a plus to get to the beach as there is usually quite a bit of traffic.
