Parkside Retreat at Arborview

Welcome to Arborview! We love living in the heart of Colorado and would love to share this amazing place with you. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck overlooking Cottonwood park, and then walk, ride, or take a short drive to many of the amazing sights Colorado Springs has to offer. At night, come back to your private space to unwind with a favorite dinner prepared in the full kitchen, and then curl up with your favorite book by the warm pellet stove. The apartment takes up the entire lower level of our home with a separate entrance and we live on the floors above.

Just what I needed

I enjoyed my stay and rental experience very much. The location and amenities were exactly what I needed. First, I don't suggest people wait to the last minute to book, but I did! I took a chance on booking the day before my stay and Rachel graciously made it happen. Second, I was between legs of a trip and having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Third, the location was just perfect. I had business to take care of in the neighbor and so it was great being there instead of in some hotel over on I-25. Easy access for meeting friends at at various locations. Really nice being on the street of Cottonwood Creek Park. I would definitely stay here again. Spacious. Clean. Quiet (family was away). Private (separate entrance from street behind house). We'll supplied. Thank you Rachael!

Daron and I (Rachael) grew up in the Midwest and decided to pack our bags and go on an adventure after we got married. Colorado seemed like a fun destination, so we set up a tent at a local campground and began to explore the area. Now, 13 years later, CO has become home to our family of four and we love sharing this beautiful place with friends, family, and guests!

This apartment was fully renovated in 2019. Our goal was to create a relaxing space where guests would feel at home. The earthy-modern theme feels bright and fresh, and the creative touches like a one-of-a-kind barn door and CO photography spread around the apartment add a unique touch. The separate entrance and private deck give guests privacy, but we love interacting with guests as well if we bump into them in the backyard. The park, right out the back gate, is one of the best parks in the city with an incredible urban trail system.
