Village house in the Saint-Béat Valley (Val d'Aran) with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains.
Located 10 minutes from Spain
. Close to the resorts: Le Mourtis is 10 minutes away—a year-round resort (mountain biking, downhill biking, go-karting, hiking...) ; Bagnère-de-Luchon (Superbagnères) is 20 minutes away; Peyragudes and Baqueira (Spain).
Right next to the house—just 5 meters away—is a playground for children with a zip line, slide, climbing wall, swings, etc.
Plenty of activities in the surrounding area:
fishing (Garonne River, pike, etc.), nature hikes (Lake d’Ôo, Hospice de France, Cagire, Pic du Gar Saillant, etc.), rock climbing...

Saint-Beat-lez is a “city of marble” with many sculptures throughout town, dominated by its castle.

The house comfortably accommodates 6 people but can sleep up to 8.
It is equipped with a kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Senso, Tassimo, Sodastream).

+ : le village est tranquille, la présence du parc juste à côté, les chambres sont grandes et la literie est confortable, La communication avec le propriétaire s’est bien passée. - : La maison est humide avec des odeurs d'humidité + l'odeur de la bâche des toilettes ressort très fortement (on comprend cela en entrant au vu du nombre d’absorbeurs d’humidité et de parfums Pas de cafetière filtre, pas de gaz dans la sodastream, la machine à laver a tâché nos vêtements, l'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas, pas de wifi alors que nous comprenions qu'il y en a sur l'annonce, le passage de 28cm pour accéder à la douche est bien trop faible, (impossible pour une personne forte). Maison en rénovation en 2023-peut être que dans les moi à venir, cela s’améliorera?

Désolé pour les soucis rencontrer mais nous n'avons jamais eu de telle remarque et je suis désolé que vous nous avez pas averti avant. En ce qui concerne l'humidité toute les maisons de la vallée de saint beat et des Pyrénées en général on les même soucis s'est pour cela qu'il y a des absorbateurs d'humidité en allant dans une vallée a la montagne avec un ruisseau a côté s'est tout a fait normale. En se qui concerne le passage de douche celui ci devez être refait au printemps mais l'artisan a pris du retard a savoir que je fait 120 kg et que j'y accéde. Effectivement la SodaStream n'a plus de gaz chose que je m'excuse mais si vous en aviez besoin vous auriez pu le contacter je vous aurez rembourser l'achat immédiatement. Le cafetière à filtre étant cassé par les anciens propriétaires nous le l'avons pas remplacer car il y a deux autres cafetière Senseo et Tassimo . En effet il n'y a pas de wifi mais nous n'avons jamais dit qu'il y en avait il y a la 4g si besoin. Par contre quand vous dites que l'aspirateur ne fonctionnent pas ainsi que la télévision comme vous nous l'avez fait remarquer. Tout deux fonctionne parfaitement bien après contre l'aspirateur et a batterie donc vous avez un chargeur pour le charger a côté de lui et la télé étant équipé de Canalsat il faut choisir le bon HDMI. Si vous nous aviez contacter cela aurez pu être règle en quelques secondes . Je regrette que les soucis soit signalé après et non a votre arrivée ou nous aurions pu vous expliquer. Séjour Val d'Aran

Le Val d'Aran est une très belle vallée. Nous y avons accompagné notre fils pour un trail. Il est dommage que le village ne soit pas du tout attractif.

Maison très calme et bien équipée

Une semaine formidable aussi bien dans la maison qu'aux alentours stations le mourtis familiale,les petits villages et l'Espagne.nous reviendrons avec plaisir
