• Cats are strictly prohibited due to allergies

Pet Rules:
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Guests are responsible for all pet waste cleanup (indoors and outdoors)

• Undisclosed pets will result in additional cleaning charges
• A $500 fee applies for unreported pets
• Guests are responsible for extraordinary cleaning, sanitization, and/or item replacement caused by pet-related contamination, including bedding, furniture, rugs, and upholstery

Vic was an amazing host! Anytime I reached out to him for questions or suggestions for places to go, He responded immediately! The cabin was absolutely beautiful! The location was also amazing and we were very close to all of the fun attractions but still far enough away to have a peaceful stay! Check-in was easy, the hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived and the pool was right down the hill! I took my family of six and my fur baby and we still had extra room! The pictures do not do this place any justice, it was one of our best trips! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Family Vacation in the Smokies

The check-in process was so smooth, the property owner was in communication with me since the very beginning of out booking. She messaged me a week before they stay asking if we had any questions. Then a few days before we were scheduled to check in she sent me an email of information needed for our stay. Along with her phone number if we had any issues. During our stay the refrigerator was having an issue. We were fine with it, but I did call her to let her know and she personally answered the phone and was supper friendly. I love the personal communication they offer.

My husband didn’t want to leave, great location away from traffic.Very nice host that is on top of anything you call about. And pet friendly was a plus for us. Kids loved privacy in there bunk room.

Peaceful

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. The cabin was very close to everything in town, which made this convenient. Vik communicated very well from the beginning of the booking. The cabin has plenty of room for a family and/or a couple. It was very well organized and clean. We will definitely be back.

Awful-

Owner argued with me about accuracy of property and photos. Absolutely NO mountainous views. Trees 3 feet off deck. Pool is within the resort and was unable to use entire stay due to maintenance. Owner never relayed this to guest. Smoke detectors were not working, we replaced batteries on our own. Not a true 3 bedroom. The game room/movie room is technically 3rd bedroom. The “arcade” is one game with a lot of games inside so multiple people cannot enjoy themselves at once. We had a couple guests running late to leave and owner threatened to call 911 for trespassing if we didn’t get off the property. Never will I ever stay at a property again with this owner.

Nice secluded cabin

Good location close to Dollywood. Peaceful location. Cabin was big and parking for two cars right outside. I would stay there again. I communicated to the owner that it needs a deeper cleaning. It looked like the cleaning team cleaned areas that are visible but haven’t cleaned the areas under beds and furniture that are not visible in months.

Great property!

We had a terrific stay! Cabin was clean and very homey! Decks on every level for great views! The cabin was stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay! Vik was very good at communicating with us before and after our visit! Would definitely love to rent from him again!

Weekend in Pigeon Forge

We had a great time here for a weekend youth football tournament. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed, and is in a great location. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We will remember this one for the future!

Thanksgiving Family Stay

The cabin had all the necessities and owner was very good with communication. House had all the basics and was able to cook an entire family thanksgiving meal without too much trouble. Not a luxury cabin but great location to Dollywood.

Fall Rod Run 2023

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Eagle Ridge cabin in Hidden Springs Resort. This makes about the fourth cabin that we have stayed at in this resort and this one by far has been the best yet. The rooms were very spacious, and the beds was very comfortable. The bathrooms were bigger than normal, and the kitchen included everything that you would need for breakfast or dinner. Love all the space in the living room and the downstairs living areas. Our host Vik was very nice and quick about replying when I had questions. We will definitely be back in the future to stay at Eagle Ridge again.

Close to Dollywood

Beautiful cabin in a gated community. It was close enough to everything (all of our activities were only 15-20 min away). The property manager was very quick with their responses. Everything was clean, but I would suggest updating some things like the cookware. Our kids loved the bunk beds and playing on the arcade downstairs in their own little den area.

Family of 13 summer vacation

This cabin really fit our needs. Older parents with 2 grown children and their spouses with 7 grands age ranges from 2-16. The older girls (5) slept downstairs and had their private area with TV and arcade game. 2 bedrooms for 4 of the adults and we utilized 2 comfortable pullout couches for the others. Easy to get to and close to the activities we chose to do.

Property was exactly as advertised. The resort’s amenities were as nice as the cabin. The cabin was spacious, had great decor, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Definitely would stay here again.

Convenient and nice property

The property was close to everything and the owner was on top of every question we had. We had trouble with the tv and he sent someone out to look at it. more hand towels would be nice. I would suggest paper towel for hand towels. The upstairs bed had a huge dip in it. But other than that we had a nice stay.

Fun place

Vik was a great property owner to work with. He was available and seemed to genuinely care about us being there. We had 2 families stay in the cabin, and plenty of room for us all. Kids loved having downstairs to themselves. Fireplace was very nice for the chilly nights.
