このビクトリア朝の家は1907年に建てられ、多くの歴史と魅力があります！ 更新されたロフトaptは2階にあり、専用入り口は左奥にあります。

We have stayed here before and decided to stay again as it’s convenient for location and size. It’s a cute little space. Perfect for a couple. Like the neighborhood and the homeowners are nice and responsive.

This space was so cozy and so sweet! Very cool shops and restaurants nearby, friendly hosts, lovely quiet neighborhood for walking. Close to a brunch spot and a park!

The unit was cute. We didn’t need much, but this was stocked with what we did. The coffee station was very helpful. A note, if stairs are a challenge, this would not be an ideal place. But if that isn’t a problem, it’s a wonderful little place for two people.

Beautiful, quiet location within minutes from food, shopping, and entertainment. Downtown Salt lake was less than 15 minutes away. Our hosts made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, even offering to help carry our bags up the stairs to the loft.This was a cozy little hideaway nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the beautiful mountains of SLC, I would definitely go back on future trips!!!!

Clean, Fun, Clever Use of Space

We found property to be very convenient, clean, safe, and cleverly decorated with many comfortable features. Host and wife were amazing. They were very kind and accomodating. We highly recommend this experience.

Great location with easy walk to Salt Lake City's premier park: Liberty Park. Just walk 2 minutes to a great brunch place, too. Property is the attic of an older home, which is typical for this area. Nice-sized private deck with partial mountain views. Private side entrance and stairs, too.Visited in the heat of summer. You have to run the window AC and standalone unit all day long in the summer. I shut it off to conserve energy one day, and it got up to 94 degrees! One of the ACs stopped working and needed to be drained, but the owner fixed it very quickly.Bathroom shower is ok, not great. Smaller and the placement of the showerhead was a bit annoying.Very comfortable bed. Other seating in the unit was decent. Nice, small functional kitchen that was just fine for snacks and basic meals.Stayed 2 weeks, and I missed the sun. Not too much natural light. But probably not something you'll notice for a short getaway, especially if you are out during the day.It is a smaller attic, which I'd say is the main downside. Hit my head once (not bad at all) on the sloped ceiling. Darker. Hot mid-summer without AC management.All those things are very manageable with no major red flags. Great, walkable location and good value! Recommend for shorter stays on a budget, especially in other seasons.

Unable to enter property

I never entered the property because the code did not work when we arrived on Wednesday night around 10:15 for my daughter's college graduation. We texted and called the owner multiple times to no avail. We were here for a very busy graduation weekend and were extremely lucky to get a room at the Holiday Inn Express. We had to book for 3 nights in order to secure the room. The owner finally responded at 5:42 AM Thursday...I apologize! Did you get in? Followed by the new code. He did say he would refund the full amount and that we could stay for the reservation. Our reservation at the hotel was nonrefundable because of the last minute reservation, so we stayed on at the hotel. I am hoping the host will offer to pay the additional 343.00 that I had to pay for the hotel. I have not heard back though.

This stay is a perfect gem. Amenities were well stocked, e g. Plenty of drinking water, ice in the fridge, & extra blankets. The owner andwered my queris quickly. I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Loved the location! Right next to Liberty Park, a beautiful & lively spot. very safe & quiet neighborhood. had no issues with noise or sketchy people around. loved the place itself too. Definitely someone's home, it was real and authentic!

Great location for a Salt Lake City Visit

If you have family in the SLC area and want your "own" space, this is a great find. The space is exactly as advertised; the unit is quiet, communication with the host is flawless and check-in was a dream. But the location is key. If you like morning walks/jogs, Liberty Park is literally steps away (oh and the Aviary in the park is a must-see). Also within walking distance is great restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing location, great stay

I love this location—it’s a classic SLC inner city neighborhood full of 100~ year old homes…including this one. It’s just steps from gorgeous (and huge) Liberty Park for a stroll, plus the legendary Park Cafe is moments away on foot, and the newer cafe/bakery Picnic (awesome baked goods/bagels) is about 30 seconds on foot. The space itself mirrors the character and age of the house, but is super tidy and everything works. It is very private and I hardly saw Chad or his family. It is up about 20 exterior stairs to access. The well-equipped full kitchen was excellent. Chad was a fantastic host, responding to VRBO chat very quickly. When the weather suddenly turned from winter to summer practically overnight, Chad was quick to install the air conditioners; we appreciated the comfy temperature. Check in/out was easy breezy. The private back deck has lovely neighborhood and mountain views and is a great spot to have coffee or a drink.
