This ideal tropical oasis is waiting for you! With perfect coastal colors, an open floor plan and peaceful decor throughout, you and your loved ones will enjoy every moment of your vacation here! Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the sweeping views of sugar-white sand. Have a meal on the balcony at the table that seats 5 or sit and just enjoy the sound of the waves and view or the crystal blue water. Kick back on the sectional in the living room or wake up in the master suite to the sights and sounds of the waves. Enjoy the spacious bedrooms perfect for the whole family to stay together! This vacation rental will sleep 11. Each bedroom has its own flat screen television for everyone's convenience. All the comforts of home are on display with a newly remodeled, fully furnished kitchen, with seating for two at the breakfast bar and six at the dining room table. There is also a full clothes washer and dryer in the unit, along with free Wi-Fi. Both of our bathrooms were completely renovated in December 2022!

Definitely will be back

We had a great stay! The condo was spacious with plenty of room for the five of us to spread out comfortably. The deck is huge and breathtaking. We ate many meals out there. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the poolside grills were a nice bonus. The location is amazing—right on the beach and just steps from the water. The pool area is large and well-maintained, though it can get a bit crowded at peak times. Our only complaint was the elevators—they were slow and often full. That aside, this was a great place to stay and we’d definitely come back!

Family vacation

The condo was up to date and clean and we had everytjing we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful and everyone at the condo was very nice. It is definitely a place we woild come back to in rhe future!!

Great beach trip

We had a great stay at this property. It was extremely clean, well kept, and exactly as described. Check in was easy and we loved the amenities including racquetball, pool, splash pad, and pickleball. Access to the beach was great and the beach area is beautiful! Great for all of our family to meet up and stay for a week! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Booked this condo for a stay with my family for vacation. It was absolutely wonderful. The room was super clean, three bed rooms, two baths, nice kitchen area, wonderful view! We enjoyed the outside pool, splash pad, and hot tub! The only downfall was even with 4 elevators, it took forever to get one accessible. The owner was super nice, along with great, efficient, and quick with responses.

Perfect Getaway

This property and the Lee's unit was the perfect getaway for our family. Communication with Shaleen was quick and pleasant. The unit was inviting, and the unit's description is spot on. It was neat, clean, and decorated perfectly! Loved the games and books. The kitchen had all necessary amenities for those who want to stay in and not eat out every meal. There was plenty of living space for everyone to spread out and relax. The balcony was good sized with comfy furniture and wonderful view of the Gulf. We were able to watch dolphins and other sea life almost every day. The pool and the splash pad were amazing for the littles when they were done with the sand and beach. The location was great, with grocery, restaurants, and shopping all within a mile of the condo. Many people had commented on long waits for the elevator, but we did not experience any issues waiting for the elevator. We did travel in mid-September, which I understand is considered the off season, so I am sure that made a difference with the elevator waits. The entire property was well maintained and any staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Our family will definitely plan to visit this unit again in the future. Excellent Floor Plan

Beautiful views from balcony. Color schemes and decor were inviting and well planned. Beach easily accessible. Simply put, outstanding accommodations for the 6 of us adults. Queen bunk could nicely accommodate any future grandkids! The only hiccup might be the elevators, but we really only had issues with that on Saturday.

Best stay in Orange beach!

We were here for 2 nights, and the whole family fell in love with the place, with how neat the room was to the beautiful views of the beach. Kids loved the splash pad and the indoor pool. We loved how we didn’t have to buy sand toys for the kids since they had some in the room. Very easy access to the beach. The only thing that was a pain was the elevators during day time hours, but I won’t rate the stars lower because if it. Communication with the property manager was great, responses were very fast. I will definitely be coming back to this specific location again in the future, it was just a wonderful get away!

Great condo with a fantastic host!

We rented this condo for our family spring break vacation. My husband and I, along with our two boys and parents, all stayed here comfortably. It is very well stocked (kitchen supplies/towels/bedding) and beautifully decorated. The property manager (Shaleen) was great to work with. She was very kind and genuine when speaking with her on the phone. You can tell she cares about this condo and wants to make your trip feel like home! 10/10 reccommend!

Spring Break 2023

The condo itself was wonderful The decor was beautiful A couple of issues for our stay was they were working on our balcony the last two days and our door was boarded up and we could t get on the balcony at all The other issue was the management of the property We had small children, and the sign on the wall at the indoor pool clearly stated no alcohol We were in the pool several times And has to leave because the the intoxicated people in the pool and pool area and never one time did security come in during the week to insure that the rules were being followed

This property is located in a complex that is right in the heart of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. It is close to all of the fun restaurants and shopping. Phoenix V has 24 hour on-site staff and security monitoring. You can't beat the amazing view of the white sandy beaches and direct beach access.

As soon as you walk into the living area you can see the crystal blue waters and white sandy beach through the slider doors and large floor to ceiling windows. Your problems will instantly wash away. The condo has balcony access from both the living area and master bedroom.
