The room was accurate to the pics. Very nice. There wasn't a pantry for food available, so had to tweak cabinet space to accommodate. It was a nice condo to stay in, and the beachfront view was beautiful.

Highly recommend! Checking in was easy- room was ready on time and I received a door code 1 hour before check in. There is a 55 parking pass fee, which I was aware of before arrival. It was easy to purchase at the front desk. The unit was clean throughout. Kitchen was supplied with needed dishes, utensils and cookware. There were a few crockpots in the unit- this was not listed specifically and something I wish I knew for meal planning. There are a few grocery stores nearby so shopping and making meals in the unit was easy! The king beds in both the primary bedroom and additional bedroom were very comfortable. The 2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom made a lot of noise as you move, and were not as comfortable. Plenty of pillows and bath towels were provided for our family of 4. Overall, we loved our stay, and would definitely come back!

Clean beach

Definitely not the cleanest place and the kitchen could use updated pots, pans, utensils, etc. The view is great and the beach was so clean. The kids enjoyed the splash pad and both pools.

Our vacation!

Our condo was exactly what we needed for our stay. I would ask Phoenix V to put a gate on the stairway in the splashpad area. Many littles attempted to climb those stairs. Thank you for a great vacation!

Amazing thanksgiving stay

We enjoyed our stay for thanksgiving at the condo! We had plenty of room for both our families. We cooked a traditional thanksgiving meal & the kitchen was great with plenty of room & all the cooking utensils we needed! Could not beat the view! I could’ve sat on the balcony forever watching the ocean! The indoor pools were a huge hit with the kids! The unit was very clean. Check in was very easy. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Great Condo

Great location. Perfect views. Four elevators for the complex. Condo needs new living room curtains but that doesn’t affect your stay. Would be better if not all patio furniture was tall.

The faucets were very hard to adjust the temperature in all tubs and in the kitchen sink. The sink disposal was very dirty and clogged, when I unclogged it was a large amount of long black hairs and gunk.

Great views underwhelming stay

The condo has a great view and beach location. The location in the building not so great it is right across from the trash shoot and the sound of trash coming down from the higher floors kept us up most nights. The condo was clean but had obviously not been deep cleaned in a long time.

Great views Great price

This property is very spacious with great views. The building and decor are a little dated and the security is ample if not over zealous. The smaller beds need new mattress and there's a $50 to $80 parking fee for each car you bring. And display you tag every day or you will get a ticket for $75. But the staff was friendly and gave us a warning overall I would recommend this place for a great time at the beach.

Great stay

We had a great time at the beach, swimming in the pools, eating at local restaurants. Great place for a family vacation. Check in for parking passes was a long line with 1 worker behind the desk. We had to go back 3 times due to our assigned parking place having already been assigned to someone who had not entered the numbers in the computer. Also, only having 4 elevators for a condo of that size is unreal. The wait times are long especially if its around check-in or check-out. Those are our only complaints. We loved the condo and the location!

Excellent unit, great Price, very attentive service.

Everything went well with a couple of minor exceptions. The DISH satellite service for the building is very poor. The over-the-range microwave is functional but many of the buttons on the control panel are not working.

the most worn out dirtiest filthiest condo I have ever had in OBA in 20 years!!!! I have many photos. Maintenance Washer is broken fridge door doesn't shut. Stains on all furnishings. Looks as if it’s been years since the glass balcony windows have been cleaned. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Rusted pots and pans. Awful

Perfect family rental

This site is exactly as described. Very clean, nice and comfy furniture. The mattress on the beds with 2 beds could be replaced but otherwise no issues. Had an issue with microwave, sent message and guy checked it out within an hour. I would recommend this place to friends and will be back. Thanks for sharing your place.
