LE SALEYA is a beautiful air-conditioned apartment with one bedroom. It has an exceptional location in the Old Nice, a few steps from the sea and the Cours Saleya where the flower, vegetable, accessories, book markets are held...

The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Please note that renovation work is currently underway on the façade of the neighbouring building. As a result, the price of the flat has been adjusted to compensate for any inconvenience caused (works scheduled to take place between March 2023 and September 2024).

Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
