The Space:
Surrounded by beautiful bodies of water, the area of Folly Beach is the perfect place to take your loved ones on a much-deserved vacation. Folly Beach Pier is less than one mile away, so you can fish, sail, and paddleboard to your heart's delight. For history buffs, the Old South Carriage Company, Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum, and Fort Sumter National Monuments are all great places to tour. Fantastic golfing, shopping, and local eateries are nearby to entertain everyone in your group. With downtown and the beach only a stone's throw from your holiday home, you'll always have fun at your fingertips, not to mention scenic evening strolls. Charleston is also roughly 15 minutes away by car and hosts a number of attractions to experience. If you want to stay closer to home base, lounge about the glittering pool on-site for some much-needed you-time.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, watching your favorite movies on the large TV, or sipping your favorite beverage on the balcony that boasts the lovely sea breeze. A great choice

Great location, three bedrooms with three bathrooms a big plus. Roomy with a nice screened in porch. Didn’t make it to the pool but looked nice.

Clean and comfortable

This property was spacious and clean. Great location, only minutes from downtown Folly. We had a great time! The only suggestion is that owner should provide a "smart" TV in the main living room. Cable TV in 2025 is quite limited, in terms of entertainment options.

Simply Wonderful

Very pleasant. The proximity to the city and the beach was perfect for our outings.We encountered 3 things that bothered us.1. Rug beneath the coffee table had numerous loose ends. All of us were concerned about tripping—so we rolled it up. We are all seniors.2. The shower floor in en suite was very slippery.3. Impossible to hold a conversation on the porch when the a/c comes on.We would still return!

Condo close to Folly Beach

Clean, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, screened in deck. I thought it was a 2nd floor condo but it was actually 3 floors off of the ground, lots of steps.

Perfect for a family with easy beach access

Condo layout is great for a family- threez bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms, and a great family space. Easy walk to the beach but recommend driving or using a wagon if taking enough for a family beach day. Check in and check out are quick and easy. Resort pool is small but enough for relaxing, and kids loved it. Condo was clean and appropriately appointed. Balcony view is limited due to construction, but the screened in porch is very nice and peaceful.

Beautiful and clean property

I couldn't be more pleased with this property as it was both clean and spacious. We enjoyed it so much we hope to get the same property next year. Communication with property management was excellent as well as the ease of checking in and out. Highly recommended!! Thank you for everything!

Just what we needed

3 of us on this trip. Plenty of space and only 3/4 a mile walk to the beach; a lovely morning stroll! Relatively short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was GREAT value! (Not sure how to get into the pool area though. Didn't find clear instructions.)

Great stay

I believe the stay was great. We got early check in, the parking passes were easy to get, great instructions on what to do and overall i loved the place. The only issue was one of the toilet paper holders in one of the bathrooms was loose but thats sooooo minor

3 stars because the unit seems to be fairly updated, flooring, paint, comfy beds. The mildew smell is overwhelming. Mold in dishwasher, fridge didn’t work. Major plumbing problems. We eventually had to move to a different place, but complained persistently so all the problems should be taken care of before the next renter. We were able to get a 50% refund from Vacasa, but not worth the hassle!

Anniversary Trip

Great condo. The size was awesome. Loved the 3 bathrooms and the master bed was wonderful. Got a great nights sleep every night!! Clean and ready at check in. Would stay here again!!

Beach trip

The condo itself was great. We didn’t realize there was no elevator or we would have kept looking as one of the group has knee problems. Don’t list water views anymore because new homes have been built behind the condo that blocks the view of the canals. We did have plenty of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable.

Tastefully Appointed Condo, Relaxing Vacation

The condo was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, plus equipped with all that we needed for our stay (we brought our own beach chairs). It is located across the causeway from the center of town/beach, and we could conveniently walk across when we didn't want to drive and have to find parking (we were okay walking the 1/2 mile or so). Though the complex is right on the main road and the pool is small, we had a relaxing, quiet stay and thought the pool was lovely.
