Oceanfront property perfect for an authentic puerto rican vacation up to 13 guests. Property is divided in 4 apartments ideal for privacy within the family or friends group. You and your guests will enjoy the entire property. Privately gated with direct access to our beach area, perfect for a sunbath. Just 40 steps and you will be touching the sand and salty water. Property counts with pool, indoor parking, Wi-Fi and more.

The property has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchens/kitchenette, for a total of 4 apartments. Each apartment counts with individual access.

The property is divided as follows:

1. A two bedroom apartment at the first floor that accommodates 3 up to 6 guests. The first bedroom counts with a queen size bed, A/C, closet & TV/DirecTV. and the second room with two queen size beds, A/C, closet & TV/DirecTV. Bathroom and a full equipped kitchen is shared by the same guests staying in this apartment.

2. A studio apartment at the second floor that accommodates up to 2 - 3 guests. Equipped with a queen bed, twin bed, A/C, 45'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace.

3. One bedroom apartment at the second floor accommodates up to 2 guests. Counts with a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, A/C, 32'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom and kitchenette.

4. One bedroom apartment at the second floor accommodates up to 2 guests. Counts with a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, A/C, 32'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom and kitchenette.

Each kitchen or kitchenette counts with: stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffeepot, tableware, pots/pans, basic utensils, dining table and chairs.

Essentials provided: bed linens, pillows, 1 blanket per bed, toilet paper, bathroom towels, beach towels.

Group can fraternize in our living room area and share at outdoors. Outdoors include pool, gazebos and dining area, patio and oceanfront deck area. Come and enjoy the ocean view and the breeze at our terrace, balconies or beach deck.

Guests have access to 4 parking spots in the garage. WE RECOMMEND TO RENT COMPACT VEHICLES.
*** We don't count with a formal dinning room. *** Outdoor sitting area for group is available.
Reservations of +7 nights include scheduled laundry access and one cleaning service during mid-stay.
Property counts with water tanks and generator in case of emergency.
Gated access and 24/7 surveillance security cameras on exterior areas of the property.

A maximum of 13 guests is accommodated, including minors and babies. All infants and minors should be included and counted in the total sum of guests. Only registered guests and number of guests listed on your booking are allowed to stay and enjoy the property. Visitors and friends are not allowed at the property.

We are in located Piñones, Puerto Rico. Only 5 miles from SJ International Airport, popular beach spots, grocery stores, car rentals, restaurants and more night life. We recommend renting a car if you plan is to visit different areas. Just 10 miles from Old San Juan, 26 miles from National Rain Forest and 43 miles from Ceiba's Terminal Ferry.

Piñones is a neighborhood part of Loíza (adjacent to Isla Verde - Carolina municipality). Famous for the finger food and local restaurants along PR-187 Road, where you can eat mofongo, pinchos, sea food, alcapurrias, bacalaitos and more. Also you will find an 14 mile boardwalk between the beach spots and mangrove. Loíza is also known as the “The Capital of Traditions". One of the few places in Puerto Rico where our heritage is vividly represented and kept alive through the bomba & plena music, notably by the Hermanos Ayala and Los Cepedas.

Bomba dance lessons are available at walking distance from our property at COPI. The boardwalk is perfect for a walk, jogging, cycling or simply connecting with nature. Kayaks, bicycle and jet-ski rentals and fishing tours available at walking distance too.

On weekends and holidays locals and tourist love to visit and enjoy the area. Live bands and musicians appear at various places in the area, where you can enjoy music. You might find traffic congestion.

WE RECOMMEND TO RENT COMPACT VEHICLE if you need daily transportation or planning to visit different areas/move around. On peak season such as spring, summer and holiday's weekends traffic is common. UBER is available and affordable option to move around for short distances during weekdays.

TAXI: A taxi desk available at the airport's terminal exit. Flat rate according to the address. Rates start at $ 12 dollars, plus $2 dollars for each person and suitcase. Example, 2 guest and 2 suitcase the rate is around $15 to $25 (night rate) from the airport to our property. Adding stops implies another charge, consult with driver.

The property was in excellent condition and the host was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We had everything we needed, and it was great to have the pool and outdoor gathering space, which was more than enough for our group of 9. The location was great since it was within walking distance of food and beaches and an easy drive to the airport and San Juan.

Loved it

Needed Family Vacation

The property was even better than the pictures. Management was very responsive and met you at the property to give you information and suggestions, super friendly. Loved the fact that we all had our own space. The location was perfect, we would walk the boardwalk and have food and drinks, which were delicious and the people were very kind. There were 11 of us, middle aged, grandparent age and young kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. Would DEFINITELY go back and stay there. Thank you ladies!

Beach Guesthouse Review

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a bride to be. The property itself is very clean and we enjoyed the pool. The beach is not accessible for swimming but there is one walkable along with sone restaurants. Will consider staying here again however it is best to have a car to explore PR. We felt safe and the neighbor is very friendly.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our family with grown adult kids. We all had our own space and shared space outside. Loved having a private pool and being able to walk directly out to the beach. The property was a little drive from “touristy” nightlife and our excursions, but very manageable. The privacy of the location was worth it. Our biggest challenge was Uber had a hard time locating the property, so we normally walked to the main road which was not far at all. Overall this is a fantastic property for larger families or a group of couples.

Our family get away

We were 9 of us. Bottom unit has 2 separate rooms, but a share bathroom and share kitchen. The upstairs has 3 units. All clean. The pool was used every afternoon. The boardwalk to the restaurants just feets away. Will stay there again.

Great time!

I stayed at the property for a bachelorette party with 10 adults and we had a lovely time. The rooms were clean and exactly as pictured. We did not rent a car but there seemed to be plenty of space to park a car if we would have rented one. The pool is clean and the boardwalk is right outside which connects you to a few areas with bars & restaurants. There is no indoor common area for a group to hang out but there are multiple outdoor areas with ample seating to gather together. I did appreciate how close this property was to the airport but the neighborhood was not particularly touristy. Everyone was friendly but we it felt like everyone was more local. Not a problem with us!

Great property, loud neighbors

We loved the property-the pool especially. The views were amazing as well. The neighbors played loud music though-starting at midnight and going well into the day. The music was loud, rage music. That was my only complaint.

Lovely visit

Great space for large group. We had five couples so having separate spaces was very convenient. Nice to have a private pool and access to the beach side boardwalk! We took lots of beautiful photos right out front. Also appreciated the air conditioning that worked super well. Ivette was really kind, super responsive and welcoming. Only detractors were the loud sounds of airplanes given proximity to the airport - as late as 1:30am. And the signs everywhere reinforcing house rules made things a little less relaxing. I also didn’t understand why we paid $250 for cleaning fee but had to do all the dishes and clean the kitchens. Still, it was a lovely vacation and the space really enabled us to have a great trip together. The alternative would have been a hotel or super expensive rental home, and this was so much better than that! And the views were awesome.

The Guest House - Loiza-Pinones, PR

Family reunion in Puerto Rico turned out to be perfect with our stay at The Guest House. We own a Condo in Coamo and spend 2 to 3 months in Puerto Rico every year. This year we brought down the entire family for the holidays and The Guest House was a perfect get away within the holidays to enjoy the northern part of the island. The Guest House is basically four separate self-contained apartments which made it perfect to provide our family with their own individual living quarters while enjoying the overall property. The property is very clean, spacious, each apartment is excellently furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Pool / patio is a great area to entertain large groups / families. Overall facility security is excellent, direct access to beach / boardwalk was a great bonus and adjacent restaurants are within a short walking distance and were excellent. An added bonus is the four-car garage which provided off street security for our cars. Our hosts were very informative and communicated with us from the start to close out of the rental process. They met us at the property to provide us a complete security, safety, property orientation along with knowledge of the local area.

Quiet and beautiful

Place was beautiful. Very clean. We rented out the whole place for the week. The outdoor common area was wonderful by the pool! We did have 2 babies with us so the crib situation was a little tough because the rooms are smaller and hard to fit cribs in the rooms (if at all). No living room areas or anything for them to be inside playing on floor or inside when raining unless they are in your bedroom. Not a game changer just a heads up :) Overall we LOVED the place, the sun, the pool, the super close walkable restaurants and the authentic feel of Puerto Rico. The hosts were super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Only side notes- bring bug spray! Stayed in April and mosquitos were terrible. Obviously, not the hosts fault but just an fyi :) The beach is beautiful for walking and collecting shells and sea glass but is not swimmable due to the strong waves and the rocks along the shore. You can walk to a nearby beach down the boardwalk though. About a 5 minute walk. A 3 min drive gets you to an amazing “pool like” sandbar/ lagoon area that kids can stand in and use googles and swim around. It was amazing.

We rented the whole property for our extended family of 13. We were there over Christmas. Tiffany was very accommodating and helpful. The space worked well for us. We were there for 5 nights.

Nice place

The house is just as the description said except the laundry was broken so we were forced to a laundromat. That would have changed our carry on to checked baggage had we known. The neighborhood feels like authentic Puerto Rico and can be a little intimidating at first but we fell in love with it and the walking distance restaurants.

Perfect Beach House

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. The outside of the property is amazing with pool access and easy beach access it made it easy for our large group. The area is extremely close to the airport and has beach bars, vendors, and restaurants that we kept going back to. We felt extremely safe and had our own private oasis. I would stay at this property again. Tiffany was really great hostess. Thank you again.

What a beautiful experience. Having the whole place to ourselves(10 adults no kids) was just the best. The host was super friendly and helpful. There was a power outage on the island and we were not affected at all thanks to the industrial generator on the property.

Beautiful Escape

This place was so perfect for our large group of friends. The host were very friendly upon check in and had the property in tip top shape. The separate apartments gave everyone the privacy they need and the pool create a beautiful common area to enjoy. The beach was super clean, beautiful and felt very private. The only downfall of this place is that getting Ubers can be tricky taking upwards of 20 minutes to be picked up if you find a driver willing to make the drive. Recommend scheduling Ubers if you have plans to leave the house anywhere between 10-6. Traffic gets really heavy. Other than that I can’t wait to visit this house again hopefully in the future.

Relaxing stay close to San Juan

My group and I had a wonderful stay! With all four rooms booked, we were able to spend plenty of time by the pool and walk along the boardwalk. Tiffany and her team are very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The check-in process was easy and the location is only a few minutes drive from the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Our property is located in Piñones, Puerto Rico. Is neighborhood part of Loíza and is well known for local waterfront restaurants and finger food along PR-187 Road. The area is full gastronomic and cultural heritage. Loíza is also known as the “The Capital of Traditions" because our African heritage is vividly represented and kept alive through the bomba & plena music. Bomba dance lessons, bike, kayaks and jet-ski rentals are available at walking distance from our property. Also Piñones counts with a 8 mile boardwalk perfect to walk or exercise.

Perfect place to be secluded and in contact with nature, but only 5 miles from SJ International Airport, popular beach spots, grocery stores, car rentals, restaurants and more night life. Also 10 miles from Old San Juan, 26 miles from National Rain Forest and 43 miles from Ceibas Terminal Ferry.
