We love this property. Our everyday home, and we are happy to share it with you.

It is a mansion with the unique Caribbean architecture of the early to mid-70s. A Caribbean estate at its finest located in one of the best neighborhoods of Puerto Rico, renowned for its beautiful homes and safety. We are 15-18 minutes from Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde (where most Metropolitan City area beaches are located), and 20-25 minutes from the SJU airport.

Excellent stay! Plenty of room, wonderful amenities, and the hosts were great—friendly and responsive. The location is perfect, close to lots of shops and very convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We loved sitting around the pool watching the children play in it.All the rooms were immaculate, particularly the bathrooms.The kitchen was quite large and well equipted.The owner, who we met in person,could not have been more hospitable.All 13 of us thought it was a wonderful place to stay and we would do it again if our family could get together at the same time.

This house was absolutely perfect! I rented it for 8 of us to celebrate my mom’s birthday and there was more than enough room for all of us! The pictures do not do it justice! The marble throughout the living areas and bathrooms were beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived by the cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. The hosts communicated excellently, before and during our stay. We have unanimously decided that this will be our go to every time we come back to the island! The bedrooms are large, most have refrigerators with complimentary drinks and snacks, the kitchen is well stocked and there were a ton of extra blankets and pool supplies. The downstairs area is literally a two bedroom/ two bathroom apartment; kitchen included! Although we were out most of our stay, we did have a private chef and the kitchen had everything she needed and more. I purchased extra plates, but it was not needed. If you are looking for a nice home to share with a large group, this is definitely it!

Perfect for Groups

We stayed at this property with close freinds and family. The fact that everyone had their own space and bathroom definitely made the stay more comfortable for everyone. All the rooms were spacious. Really great place for groups to stay. The neighborhood was nice and it was a good location. The property manager was a great communicator and when an issue arose she was responsive and very helpful. Our group enjoyed their stay.

Awesome home and owners

There were 15 family members from 1-72 and the home was beautiful and perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The owners made great suggestions for a chef, shopping, and restaurants as well as a photographer. Everything was so clean and comfortable.

Nothing short of Amazing!

This home is EVERYTHING.. from the point of booking, the owners were on it! Customer service and communication was amazing from beginning to end. Ana was so nice and informative, and even assisted in looking for a ring that one of our guests left behind after check out. Owners were attentive the entire time, and sent a manual so there was absolutely no confusion or need for questions. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable; this was our first stay on the island and felt completely safe. We rented vehicles for our stay and there was plenty of space for driveway parking and easy drop off or loading up. The home itself is a MASTERPIECE.. the pictures did it no justice at all and we were all impressed at truly how breathtaking it was. It is much larger than it appears and is truly beautiful. The bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated and there are several common spaces to accommodate large parties. There was a fully stocked bar and several fridges around the property for guest use. The backyard is a dream. We even cancelled dinner one night to stay in just because of how nice the home was. This is definitely one you will not regret!
