Updated and modernized mid-century home with lots of private indoor and outdoor space.
Home is located within a 5 minute walk to Little deli and pizzeria shopping complex, Dia's Market, Brentwood neighborhood Park, the Crestview MetroRail station, and lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and a few local Austin brewpub.
Quickly get to downtown, the Eastside, or the Domain via car (~10 min drive), MetroRail (~20 min ride), Uber, or even by bike along the Shoal creek bike trail.
*Note to guests, there are several security cameras located on the exterior of the house.

I have lived in Austin for almost 10 years now and really love this city. So many activities including tons of live music, great restaurants, the hike and bike trail downtown, standup paddle boarding/kayaking, and tons more outdoor activities!

I love the location and space of this house. I previously lived in it and really appreciated the yard size and walkability to nearby shops and restaurants.
Plus recently a lot more restaurants and cool little shops have been opening up that are all walkable or a short ride away.

The open layout of the common area is amazing! And the privacy fence surrounding the entire property makes you feel secluded even though you are so close to everything.
Plus the yard is very big with lots of open space to play outside or even just hang out in the sun.
