Very clean, cozy place to stay on our trip to Bar Harbor. All we needed for amenities and we enjoyed playing bags in the backyard. We walked downtown and back each day, quiet and enjoyable!

Strong smell of must coming from basement throughout the first floor.No grab bars in showers. I am disabled and need grab bars not to fall.Lastly it was extremely hot, fans only circulated warm air. It didn't cool down in the bedrooms until early morning.Unfortunately, I won't go back or refer anyone to you.Location was great, very peaceful outside. Saw a doe with her fawn and the birds were plentiful.

Hi Liana, sorry for the alleged smell. We have had no issues in the past regarding anything as seen in our reviews, nor at any point did you choose to make me aware of one to correct for you. You did know that we did not have AC. You were told by me, as well it’s not advertised. Those days were some of the hottest we have had in years and were out of our control. Had you let us know ahead of time we could have possibly been able to accommodate you while you safely used the shower. I never heard anything during your stay regarding this nor do we advertise having anything beyond a normal code conforming bathroom. I would suggest clarifying these items with the next owner before choosing to make the reservation. Best wishes to you going forward. -Steve (property manager)

This property was nice and close to the Village green, walking distance to the restaurants and shops. A short drive to all the beautiful local hikes!The house was very clean and uncluttered. Would definitely book this home again with our family!

Bar Harbor/Acadia Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay in this cozy house! The location is on a quiet street that is walkable to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia is just a short drive away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitively stay here again!

Perfect location

The house is perfect. It is located in walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor, and a short drive to Acadia. This VRBO is the cleanest house we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage had everything we needed. It was a great location and within walking distance to Bar Harbor. We brought some fur family with us so loved having a fenced in back yard.
