Escape to a beautiful family compound offering serene ocean views and immediate access to an incredible array of activities. Perfect for creating cherished vacation memories, it offers the best of both nature and town convenience.

We are currently remodeling, adding the En-suite Bedroom and bath and a deck off the kitchen. The single-story home features 4 comfortable bedrooms, one king, 3 queen beds and bunk bed with convenience of 2.5 bathrooms. The bathrooms include an ensuite in the primary bedroom, plus a full bath with a modern glass walk-in shower, and an extra half-bath/laundry. This home is great for little ones especially multi-generational experiences and for those with little ones, a pack-and-play and a high chair are available.

A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, complete with a breakfast nook and counter seating. It opens to a large dining room table that comfortably seats six. The inviting living room features a classic bow window and stylish West Elm furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Key Features & Amenities:
- Bedrooms: 1 primary King Suite plus 3 bedrooms, two of them with a queen bed and a family bedroom with queen and bunk beds.
- Kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Insta-Pot, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, baking sheets, and wine glasses.
- Comfort: Central air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace.
- Entertainment: Games, books, and a ping-pong table.

Step outside to discover unique spaces designed for fun and relaxation. The attached garage has been transformed into a fantastic indoor/outdoor entertaining space with a ping-pong table, an extra fridge for drinks, and a gathering table. The expansive property includes a large front lawn with Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean and a backyard with another lawn area and a fire pit. We also provide games like bocce and corn hole for outdoor fun.

For the more adventurous in your group, the property includes a yurt, offering a unique glamping experience (available seasonally).

Great location. Easy walk to downtown Bar Harbor and short drive to many of the trail heads at Acadia. The house is lovely and exactly as pictured- we had deer and wild turkeys wander past the window each day!

The property was very clean and beautiful. The hosts provided so many extra little amenities all through the house. Bathrooms had everything you could imagine if you forgot something. A snack basket was filled with local Maine products that we got to taste. The blueberry soda was delicious. A bundle of wood was waiting as well as everything needed to make some-mores. The area is beautiful and within walking distance to just about anything in town. I gave the property a 3 star review about the description accuracy because the property info said 2 1/2 bath when it was only 1 1/2 bath. We had six adults, but it was workable. The owners were very quick to respond when we questioned this and said they were adding a bathroom and did correct the listing. We had a great time and it was a great property.

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 while visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park! We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the view of the water from the chairs in the front yard. Having our morning coffee there was amazing! And the games in the garage were a bonus. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area!

Excellent Location

This rental spot is close to everything! You can walk to most trails, town and great restaurants! The house was clean and fully stocked, we wanted for nothing! Desiree and Jeremiah were fabulous hosts, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!

This is an amazing home! The hosts think of everything to make you feel right at home. Definitely the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Great location, we rarely used our car to go into downtown. Easy drive into the park. Highly recommend this property.

Everything you could think of...they had it!

What a tremendous stay at your home. Our son was getting married that weekend and we needed somewhere close that would house our aging parents, our daughter and boyfriend and all the groomsmen. The yurt was perfect for the groomsmen. The two car garage has everything we needed for a space for family after the wedding. Unfortunately it was cold and wet so the inside space was perfect! Highly recommend this home as they had thought of every little thing you might have forgotten at home. I had brought our gluten free toaster and my mother in law thought they had supplied that too because there were so many other details available. Walking distance from town was an added bonus. We did not feel like we were anywhere near town. It was so quiet. Owners were communicative and delightful! If you're hesitating......book it. You won't regret it.

Great place!

This house was amazing and we can’t wait to come back! Not one complaint. Host was fantastic at communicating and left snacks which was so sweet. The boys enjoyed the yurt and yard and Acadia was beautiful.

Bar Harbor Stay

We LOVED our stay here! It’s just outside of town so it’s quiet but close enough to walk. The house had a ton of amenities and we enjoyed relaxing outside. It had everything we could possibly need. 10/10 recommend.

Well stocked, super comfortable home with lots of extras!

The home was well stocked, clean, roomy with lots of little areas to explore outside with gorgeous nature all around. The yurt was a huge hit! The home is located close enough to walk to downtown for shopping, local tours, and the marina. It's also remarkably close to Acadia and all the wonderful trails to hike. The owners were super responsive, kind and quite easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week. Everything was as described and better. My kids loved the yurt and playing in the garage. So many bonus extras included like fresh ground coffee and stocked toiletries - I forgot my Q tips and was so happy to have some at the house. Highly recommend!

Long Weekend in Bar Harbor

Fabulous Property that lived up to & surpassed our expectations. We were in town for a Wedding with Lifelong Friends. This was our first time in Bar Harbor & we all fell in love with this place. We are a local year round family who loves our island and community, and is so excited to share it with you.

When we are not rental hosts, you will find us teaching outdoor recreation, education, health, and coaching cross country at the local high school, and operating a local small business in Ellsworth, called Restaurant Barn. (Come check us out, we are across from Pat’s Pizza and have lots of fun cooking and eating equipment!)

We use the park everyday, for outdoor adventures big and small. Whether it is a hike up Dorr Mountain, a bike ride around Eagle Lake, or a kayak paddle on Long Pond.

We hope you enjoy the town and area as much as we do. There is so much to offer, hiking, biking, kayaking, nature tours, dining, shopping, entertainment, and so much more!

This property has it all. We purchased the property because it is what we would want in a vacation rental.

On the edge of town. It is quiet, yet walkable to everything. The edge of the park, you don't have to get into your car to go hiking biking, and exploring.

The large lawn for lounging, running and playing. The Yurt which we saw as a great bunkhouse for our kids! The garage flex space. We love the idea of sitting at the table enjoying meals and games on a summer evening, or playing ping pong after dinner.

It evokes so many great memories and happy feelings.
