We propose you to rent, on the commune of La Giettaz, this charming flat at the foot of the slopes, of a surface of 24 m² and which can welcome up to 5 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², an equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 24 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and a dining area.
- A kitchenette equipped with: oven, microwave oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, coffee machine...
- In the entrance hall, a bedroom with a single bunk bed, and a sofa bed (double) underneath.
- A shower room with shower and WC separated from the shower by a wall.

Outside :
- A 6 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy the beautiful days with outdoor furniture.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, iron.

The flat is ideally located in La Giettaz, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

You will be ideally located to enjoy a stay in the middle of nature:
- The flat is at the foot of the ski slopes (the Grande Rare ski lift).
- Ski school (ESF).
- Direct access to the chalet, skis on (slopes 50 m away).
- In summer, the hiking trails are within walking distance.
- In Plan de la Giettaz there is a restaurant and a sports shop.
- 3 km away: mini-market, restaurants, tourist office, tobacconist's and newspaper shop, bar-tabac.
- You will find all the shops 10 km from the flat, in Flumet, Megève or La Clusaz.

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the ski area Diamant: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging. But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, you can enjoy many walks and bike rides. You can swim at the Flumet lake, go for a trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, come and fill up on fresh local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the outdoor car park, parking space for one vehicle, the places are not numbered.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Albertville station located 40 km away (1 hour by car).
- Nearest airport: Annecy Mont-Blanc airport, 48 km away (1 hour by car).
- Shuttles: a communal shuttle bus serves the area around La Giettaz. It is possible from Albertville and Annecy to get there by bus.

Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels are available on request and at an additional cost (rental and payment on site at the concierge).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
