家に入ると、キッチンとダイニングルームに通じる大きなオープンコンセプトのリビングルームにすぐに迎えられます。 広々としたリビングルームには、クイーンサイズ���低反発ソファーベッドもあります！ リビングルームのすぐそばには、8席の大き��ダイニングテーブルと、3席のキッチンバーがあります。 だから、ビーチで長い一日を過ごした後、みんなが一緒に食事をしたり広げたりするための十分なスペースがあります！

To be clear to all future guests, this home did not, and does not, have bed bugs. We do apologize if you saw a bug in the bedroom, but there were not bed bugs. All of our properties are on professional pest control plans and are regularly treated, however if you had reached out to let us know you saw a bug during your stay we could have had an extra treatment done at that time. The broken deck furniture is not reflective of our usual standards, and we apologize for this inconvenience. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much improved experience in the future.

Comfortable and clean

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a crosswalk nearby to cross 98 so you could walk to the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive nearby.

Great place!

Everything was as expected and the same as photos. Property manager was very nice and texted to ask if we needed anything. Keep in mind if you get the golf cart you’re crossing a highway where cars are going 45 mph. Great stay!

Lovely Vacation Home!

The home was immaculately clean. It has everything you need to cook which I really appreciated, as we enjoyed some meals at home. There are multiple restaurants that you can walk, drive or take the golf cart to nearby. Public beach access is also a quick walk or drive over highway 98. Our teens rented bikes and were able to use the tunnel under highway 98 to get to Rosemary to hang out with their friends. The AC works great too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our party

Property was great, neighborhood was great, house was clean. Wish i would have understood better that the house was not right in the middle of Rosemary Beach area (but that was on me for not better understanding the area) but it was not too far out of the way. My one complaint (and maybe its silly) is that there was no seasing for cooking (which is one reason for wanting to have a place with a kitchen, to save ). Having to speand money on seasoning and condiments that are likely going to get thrown away is so wasteful.and not helpful financially. Also would have been nice to either have an additional roll of paper towels or some napkins. Kathy and her team were veey helpful.l!

Decent location,

Stayed here over memorial Day weekend after another location cancelled. It's across the highway from the beach, and it's a little sketchy crossing over. The tunnel under the highway is under construction. House is clean and furniture is nice. Stocked with the basics, they provide minimal supplies. We had to get extra trash bags and dish detergent for our 4 day stay. We had some trouble adding on the golf cart- I thought we had paid for it ahead of time after emailing management, but they stated they had no record and we hadn't signed the release. They then sent me a non fillable pdf, so we couldn't sign it. We decided to skip the cart as we couldn't drive it down to the beach anyways as there is no safe crossing. Later I found the receipt stating that I had actually paid. Management was quick to respond when I brought up small issues- a broken chair, the blinds on the back door fell off, ants on the back patio. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the difficulty of getting to the beach.

Terrific 30A rental

The house is terrific and the location couldn't be better. It's just across US 93 from one of the best beach access points for 30A (plenty of parking, restrooms, and showers), only about a quarter of a mile. Besides that, Donut Hole is around the corner, and the Rosemary Beach square (one of the best places on 30A) is maybe only half a mile away. Personally I would skip out on the golf cart. There's no traffic control where you have to cross 93 (a busy road). I decided to pass on the cart because I thought it might be too dangerous to try to get one across with my family inside, and once we got there I saw I was right. There were only a couple of minor issues that kept me from giving it 5 stars across the board. We did find a handful of gnats or other tiny bugs in the kitchen / living room area during our stay. Not enough to make us feel the house was unclean though. The other issue is that the door key code we were sent in the check-in email was incorrect, so we had to text to try to get the right code. Thankfully they responded promptly, even though it was Saturday night when we arrived. So I still give it a 5 star rating overall.

Great house for families

The house was very clean and nice. We had quite a few maintenance issues that never got fixed. They texted they would be coming by, but never did. That was definitely an inconvenience. Otherwise the house was a great place for us to stay with friends. The golf cart is great for getting to the beach!

Wedding weekend getaway

We had 3 couples stay for a long weekend. Could not have been happier with our choice of house, it was very clean, plenty of room and up to date! The golf cart was a life saver, we used it the entire weekend. Crossing 98 to go to beach was a little scary at times but we figured it out pretty quick. thank you again iTrip, we had a great time and will be back!

Great location!

The house was great for our two families. It was close to everything and the beach is not as crowded at this house compared to seacrest.

Overall great.

Totally great stay with close vicinity to shops and restaurants. Only negative was the home had a lot of plug ins creating a very strong aroma.

Pleasant stay

Our family truly enjoyed our trip! The close proximity to the beach, short distance to Pier Park and the downtown 30A area was wonderful! My only complaint is the front floor is glass and completely see through, so especially at night anyone can see in. Maybe blinds or a frosted cover for it would make me feel more comfortable. But we would highly recommend this property and would likely book again.

Absolutely disappointed

I was supposed to stay here in August (7th -14th) 2021. Paid the deposit and payment in full a month ahead of time (total if $3,751.59). Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency in August 4th, which led me to cancelling my trip on doctor's orders. Beaches of 30A and this rental property verbally advised me to file a claim because I had purchased insurance. It is now December 2021 and I am still waiting for reimbursement. Unacceptable. Do better if you want to keep your customers.

Great little house in Inlet Beach!

This was our first time to Inlet Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with iTrip. The house was clean and the layout was perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach and surrounding activities on 30A was also spot on. Highly recommend a stay here!!
