Welcome to 729 Spinnaker, the best of what Seabrook Island has to offer! We are steps away from boardwalk 9 beach access ("sunset beach"), golf, and pool amenities.

**Bathrooms Remodeled November 2024, Pictures coming soon**

AMENITY CARDS ARE INCLUDED! These cards give you access to the oceanfront pool (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis/pickleball.

The spacious primary bedroom includes a king bed, full bathroom, 50 inch television, and a private porch with an ocean view.

The expansive guest bedroom suite offers a queen bed, a pull out twin couch, a full bathroom, a 50 inch television, a workspace with computer monitors, and private entrance to the front deck.

The living room is undoubtedly the place where you and your guests will spend free time relaxing after a long day exploring the island. Enjoy the natural light and wildlife views from the floor to ceiling windows on the main floor. There is a 65 in television which has several viewing options (cable & streaming available). The couch in the living area pulls out to a queen size bed.

The dining area seats 6 for family style dinners and gatherings to be held. The kitchen will surely meet your family chef's needs, from hot or cold coffee options to cooking and grilling tools.

A wagon and beach chairs are available in the carport area for the quick walk across the street to the beach. There are two available parking spots.

Whether you partake in rounds of golf at one of the island’s two championship golf courses, or enjoy long beach/ pool days, you will want to end your day relaxing here!

Freshfields village is on your way in! About 5 miles away from the villa you will find grocery and retail shopping, as well as several delicious restaurants. You can also experience the lowcountry charm by stopping at one of the local vendors and farmer's markets on Bohicket Road, for a sweetgrass basket or local produce, on your way in or out from visiting historic and charming Charleston.

Wonderful property, steps from the beach

Beautiful property just steps from the beach. Very comfortable and updated with all the amenities needed. Hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. Would def recommend for a family looking to be close to the beaches and pool club.

Perfect for my daughter’s wedding celebration vacation

The location was perfect for us…close to the wedding venue, the beach, and the pool. It was spacious, comfortable, updated, and clean! We appreciated being able to rent mid week so we had time before and after the wedding which other rentals would not accommodate. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. I highly recommend renting this villa! We even saw dolphins!

Wonderful place and host!

This was our first visit to Seabrook island. This place was beautiful and in a great location for a quick walk to the beach and island club. The villa was spotless and exactly as pictures show. Jordan was a great host! Definitely recommend staying here!

Paradise for a week

We have stayed at Seabrook Spinnaker beach houses many times over the last 20 years. It is only an hour from our home but feels a world away. If you are looking for the classic vacation of rest, beach walks, dining out, shopping excursions, an ocean or pool swim, this place has it all. Our unit was lovely, well-appointed and comfortable in every way. We were very grateful that it was dog friendly as well. Thank you for a wonderful week of fun in the sun!

Perfect accommodations

Everything was very clean and well done. Our family of four with two adult children were comfortable with the exception of the couch which is the fourth bed and a pull out which was not very comfortable. But not too surprising as I generally think a pull out sofa bed is not that comfortable. Couch also wasn’t very comfortable to sit on but we weren’t hanging out inside so it was fine. Other beds in the house were super comfy. Upstairs master was nice and private with its own en-suite bathroom which is a nice frature when your kids are adults and keep a different sleeping schedule. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast and lunch and probably dinner too although we went out to dinner during our visit. Nice to sit on deck to enjoy the fresh air outside! Proximity to the beach was perfect. Beach access and club house access within easy walking distance. The wider beach was a little further down the road and worth the extra walk in the AM. The long windows made for great light in the condo and the perfect spot for our dog who could see out and allowed for some good people watching. He also loved the wide beach that he can be off lease before 10am and after 5. It was another few steps past the club house (pole 6) and the convenient dog friendly showers by the beach were a plus! Overall, it was a great place for the money. Next time I would spend the money to upgrade to a two bedroom. Thanks you Jordan for your great communication.

fall trip

This was the ideal spot for my wife, dog and me. Easy walk to off leash area of the beach, clubhouse and beach club. The unit itself was just the right size with a great TV and cable package for college football. Clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. The first floor entry was just a few stairs so ideal for letting the dog out. Our hosts were very hospitable and responsive. We will be back. One thing to keep in mind. Ubers to airport are scarce so line up transportation in advance if you need it.

Perfect location

Thank you! This villa was perfect. It was clean, and location to the pool and beach was excellent. We liked the attention to details in the home ex. Soap, paper towel, kitchen utensils etc. We will def be back!!

Nice townhouse in excellent location

My husband, toddler, and I enjoyed our stay at the Spinnaker Beachhouse. We appreciated that the unity was pet and kid-friendly. Close proximity to beach access #9 and the pool!

From start to finish, this was a great rental. It reminded me of what VRBO was supposed to be. The place was great. The location even better than expected. We appreciated that there were some basic cleaning supplies and some other small touches like a dog bowl and ample beach chairs. We’d rent again.

Spectacular location and relaxing vacation

We could not have asked for a better location—just a 2 minute walk to the closest beach! We made excellent use of the nice beach chairs offered by the hosts. 😊 Chandler and Jordan were friendly and easy to communicate with; they always responded very quickly to our questions. The villa had a great layout and gorgeous views out of the floor length windows in the living room and lovely sunsets from the upstairs deck/balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding around the island under all the beautiful oak trees. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and would love to return.

We fell in love with Spinnaker on a trip visiting Chandler's family before our wedding was postponed in March due to COVID. Retreating here for a week was a paradise and sanctuary for all that was natural and lovely.

The beach access is so family friendly, and an easy way to decompress from the day to day. We love fishing and golfing, and there is no better place to be other than our Seabrook dream home!
