No cleaning, hidden or extra guest fees!
This secluded two story home is perfect for long stays. Fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished house.

Pool and spa equipment is completely controlled remotely by the hosts. Spa heat is $15 per day. Pool heat is $30 between April-September and $50 between October-March per day if you desire a heated pool. Pool preheat is available for $30 if you want the pool swim ready on check in. Spa heat is no additional charge if paying for pool heat. Pool/spa hours are 7am-10pm daily.

Free high speed internet, smart televisions with complimentary Netflix.

Guests will have access to the entire living space except no garage access is allowed. Pets of any kind are not permitted. Total occupancy is 10. Please ensure your reservation is accurate when booking so the house is set up appropriately for your stay.

Great base for touring the area

We had a great stay at this house! We enjoyed a couple attractions on the strip, and marveled at the Hoover Dam, Zion, slot canyons, and the Grand Canyon. It was great to come home to the pool and spa each night. The hosts were fabulous and responsive to questions and requests to turn on the spa jets. Highly recommend this home!

Great home base!

We booked this property for a Spring Break trip with my brother, nephew, and my son. We had a packed trip going to Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. We went down to the strip and Fremont St. it was a perfect place to have just a short drive in and out of Las Vegas. The house was very clean and the kitchen was great for cooking. Being on a cul de sac it was a quiet place and the kids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed the hot tub.

Great property and stay

Home was equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was quiet with easy in and out access. The spa heat is controlled remotely by the property manager who responded immediately to each request to heat up the spa. We opted for the pool heat and found the pool warm and well maintained. Everything was great.

Our group really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed, and it's close to the strip. It was convenient to off strip activities like going to the Grand Canyon, as well. Matt was an amazing and responsive host

Great for families

This house was in a perfect location for all the spots we wanted to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Our kids loved the heated pool and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. We would stay again.

My thoughts about my overall stay.

I didn’t appreciate the additional fee to heat up jacuzzi and swimming pool with this being unheard of in other places. As well as there being lots of hairs stuck to the upstair bathrooms wall which I thought was gross. Other than this my stay was okay.

Excellent place in Henderson

The house was clean and well stocked with all the necenchals. It was easily accessible. Awesome communication with the owers. The pool and spa were clean and warm. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was great for our family. The house was clean and spacious. The welcome book is clear regarding house rules and provides good information about the surrounding area. Property was very nice as listed. Pool cleaner was a pain and wondered why it isnt done at night. The only other complaint was the area off the side of pool.Itwas very messy and dirty over there. . Still have to look at it.

Annual friends-carion success

We are a group of 30 something friends who meet once a year for a vacation. This property perfectly suited our needs with ample sleeping area and a quick gateway to the interstate. Lots of excellent food choices nearby as well. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and communicated regularly and clearly. A great vegas experience!

Great Hockey Week

We were in town to play in a hockey tournament and this house met our needs perfectly. This was our fourth year coming to Vegas to play in this tournament and this was by far the best house we have rented. The house is clean with furniture that looks new. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax in after our games. Our host, Matthew, was very friendly and informative. I can't recommend this property enough and will look here first the next time we are in town.

Necessities extra?

For 5 women on a 5 day stay we had one towel and less than one wash rag per person; only 3 partial rolls of tp for 3 bathrooms; only 2 dishwasher and wash machine pods; and only 2 trash bags but recycling expected. We expected to pay for our food, but usually essentials are included and a benefit of the VRBO. The contact did help with the temperature when asked. It was a nice neighborhood and pool. But I didn’t expect the extra expense of heating the pool or hot tub.

Not what the listing's photos marketed

The pictures on the vrbo site were not accurate to the actual property. The pool area for one was not at all like the old pics - a black ugly fence has been installed very close to the pool not even allowing you to put chairs in the sun to actually enjoy the pool. Things were not stocked well. We had a "house guest" we were not expecting. The grill in the backyard did not work - was replaced by owner but was brought over and our husbands ended up having to help him put it together and our dinner was finally cooked and ready about 7:30 that night. The outdoor dining area was not a place I would comfortably eat my dinner. Not a property I would recommend. A lot could be done to the home/property to improve the customer experience.
