No cleaning, hidden or extra guest fees!
This secluded two story home is perfect for long stays. Fully equipped kitchen and fully furnished house.

Pool and spa equipment is completely controlled remotely by the hosts. Spa heat is $15 per day. Pool heat is $30 between April-September and $50 between October-March per day if you desire a heated pool. Pool preheat is available for $30 if you want the pool swim ready on check in. Spa heat is no additional charge if paying for pool heat. Pool/spa hours are 7am-10pm daily.

Free high speed internet, smart televisions with complimentary Netflix.

Guests will have access to the entire living space except no garage access is allowed. Pets of any kind are not permitted. Total occupancy is 10. Please ensure your reservation is accurate when booking so the house is set up appropriately for your stay.

Matt was a great host and the property is everything that it says. We had a few minor issues but it was taken care of by Matt. The pool was really nice and the kids enjoyed it.

Great stay, great location about 20-30 minutes from all of the sightseeing. Nice and quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed our time. Would book again!

We were informed that we would not be able to heat the hot tub or the pool during our stay due to the the pool being replastered. We requested a discount due to not being able to use the hot tub. We were told no. We were assured that we could use both but we could not heat them. Were were there for two nights arriving late on the first night. We were told that on the 2nd day the pool tech would be out in the morning. We had plans that day so that was not a concern. We arrived back in the afternoon and were going to use the pool before going to dinner and into Vegas for the evening. The pool technician comes prior to us getting in and performs the service. We own a pool ourselves so my husband went out to talk to the tech before the tech left. The tech informed us that the pool chemicals have been out of balance. He said it was ok to quickly dip in but not to stay in or swim due to chemical balance and what he had to put in. He said he recommended not getting in for at least 2 hours. This was our only time that we carved out to swim that day. I reached out to the numbers provided in the book at the house for any concerns as well as on VRBO. I was told that we did not understand the tech and that it was ok to get in. I told them that this is not what the tech stated and the text that they shared with us from the pool tech also did not state that it was ok to get in. I requested compensation from the hosts and was told no. I trust the pool tech.

This was a great property a short distance from Vegas. The pool and spa were a bonus and very relaxing after each day. Can’t thank Matthew enough for his prompt and courteous service. Would highly recommend this property.

Great base for touring the area

We had a great stay at this house! We enjoyed a couple attractions on the strip, and marveled at the Hoover Dam, Zion, slot canyons, and the Grand Canyon. It was great to come home to the pool and spa each night. The hosts were fabulous and responsive to questions and requests to turn on the spa jets. Highly recommend this home!

Great home base!

We booked this property for a Spring Break trip with my brother, nephew, and my son. We had a packed trip going to Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. We went down to the strip and Fremont St. it was a perfect place to have just a short drive in and out of Las Vegas. The house was very clean and the kitchen was great for cooking. Being on a cul de sac it was a quiet place and the kids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed the hot tub.

Great property and stay

Home was equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was quiet with easy in and out access. The spa heat is controlled remotely by the property manager who responded immediately to each request to heat up the spa. We opted for the pool heat and found the pool warm and well maintained. Everything was great.

My thoughts about my overall stay.

I didn’t appreciate the additional fee to heat up jacuzzi and swimming pool with this being unheard of in other places. As well as there being lots of hairs stuck to the upstair bathrooms wall which I thought was gross. Other than this my stay was okay.

Property was very nice as listed. Pool cleaner was a pain and wondered why it isnt done at night. The only other complaint was the area off the side of pool.Itwas very messy and dirty over there. . Still have to look at it.

Excellent experience, great location, perfect for us!

Matt (the owner) was extremely good with communication and working with us, plus the property itself was everything that we expected based upon the pictures, and more! We were a group of 7: Gma + Gpa, our two kids and their spouses, and a grandchild who was 1.5 years old. What a pleasant stay! Very nice location/area conveniently close to downtown but in a quiet upscale neighborhood which has a park just down the street, and easy access to stores, restaurants, and shopping and anything else you might need. The house was nicely decorated, extremely clean, and everything worked as expected. We will definitely come back!

Necessities extra?

For 5 women on a 5 day stay we had one towel and less than one wash rag per person; only 3 partial rolls of tp for 3 bathrooms; only 2 dishwasher and wash machine pods; and only 2 trash bags but recycling expected. We expected to pay for our food, but usually essentials are included and a benefit of the VRBO. The contact did help with the temperature when asked. It was a nice neighborhood and pool. But I didn’t expect the extra expense of heating the pool or hot tub.
