Guests are given a list of rules contract that need to be signed. All guests must review the HOUSE RULES and confirm their understanding by completing our owner-guest rental agreement before arrival.

There are 2 security cameras in the property: 1 located at Doorbell 1 located in Front (facing the street) All of them are recording 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)

Vegas wedding

Enjoyed our stay at the rental. The weather for the wedding was perfect but I think we brought the Michigan weather with us so the 3 days after were cool and rainy so we were never able to use the pool or be outside as much as we would have liked. Great location.

Excellent, relaxing stay!

This property worked perfectly for our needs. It is a beautiful home, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. We came with our adult children to vacation and spend time together. Our stay was fabulous!!

Great place to stay!

A perfect property for a family get together. It was also be a great place for friends to enjoy. Very cozy family room with a large comfy sofa. Also a living room that’s perfect for reading. Clean and had everything we needed. The description of the property was spot on. It will be our go to home when visiting Vegas!

Great neighborhood/location. Cleanliness and how things worked were hit-or-miss. Had some problems with the hot tub but it ultimately worked okay. Host company is super communicative.

Absolutely perfect!!

Was close to our venue at the Lee Gamily Forum. Tons of space four our family. We didn’t utilize.s the pool or the hot tub much due to time but a beautiful back yard. Host were super responsive for anything we needed. Would definitely book this place again.

Basic house

We had a nice time here, don't expect any extras that you may be used to when staying at other VRBO's. There was everything we needed to get by just nothing special. The management company was quick to help us with the WiFi connection, location was perfect for our trip's focus, which was pro volleyball at arena .5 miles away. Quiet neighborhood, no dogs barking, no noisy neighbors. Beds were comfortable. No shampoos, no body wash, no 409 to wipe counters, nothing to clean with except dishwasher pods.

Review of Property

Overall the property was good but had a few issues. More lighting is needed in the front of the house at night. While coming in we had to use our cellphone lights to enter the code for access. The vertical blinds need to be replaced at the patio door (security issue). The rugs in the dining/living room areas need to be taped to the floor as we were tripping over them throughout our stay.

Thanksgiving in Vegas

We have family in Henderson so this was the perfect house for us. We traveled with two college students and a 15 year old so everyone had their own room. We had enough room and a well equip kitchen to host thanksgiving dinner for 8 people. The only snags were that there were several lights out in the house and by the front door and there were no spare bulbs to fix them our selves, and the hot tub wasn't working even after the owner sent out a tech to fix it. I would say the Master bed is VERY low to the ground so not great for older people. That being said the owner was quick to respond and tried their best to accommodate us. I would stay here again, the home fit us perfectly, and was the perfect location.

Great Location in Henderson

We had a great time celebrating a family member's graduation. The house was perfect for hanging out and catching up with out of town family. Nice sectional couch, comfortable beds and a great backyard with pool and jacuzzi. Jason was an amazing host and extremely responsive to some things that we needed taken care of. In a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to strip and easy to access freeway.

Great spot, central to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very communicative and helpful along the way. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved having the pool and even the hot tub was nice in the evenings. Comfortable beds and nice décor as well. The home is centrally located to everything you would want and need for your stay. Very nice House

The house is very nice and is a great location in Henderson. We were there with friends from out of the country and they loved the house and pool. With the 4 bedrooms there was room for everyone. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. we would stay here again for sure.
