Charming residence, in a large park, with a large 15 x 6 swimming pool. You can come as a couple, with family, with friends, and enjoy your vacation.
In this beautiful family home where everyone has their own space and can come together for a moment of relaxation around the swimming pool.
The house can accommodate 20 people.

For the months of July and August the house is fully rented from Saturday to Saturday, private swimming pool, free parking on site.

Accommodation No. 1 pool side:
Located on a half floor.
Very beautiful living room, living room, kitchen where you can eat for 20 people, air-conditioned (the air conditioning is effective even in the bedroom), bedroom No. 1 with a 160 by 200 bed, a bathroom and a toilet separated.
There is a large shaded terrace with a view of the swimming pool and vineyards.
This shaded terrace is equipped with a table that can accommodate 20 people.

Located on the 1st floor served by an elevator,
Air-conditioned apartment, with a very large bedroom (N°3), with a 200x200 bed and 1 90x200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, television, a very well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a terrace East Coast.

Accommodation No. 4 duplex:
Located on the 1st and 2nd floor. The 2 floors are served by the elevator.
Very bright apartment, crossing, Ventoux view, air-conditioned. Terrace
Living room, television, two 90 x 200 beds, living room, very well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine.
Bedroom N°4 with 160 x 200 air-conditioned bed.
Bedroom N°5 160 x 200 bed.
A bathroom, separate toilet.

Two independent bedrooms:
Located on the ground floor opposite the swimming pool.
The rooms are air-conditioned, each with its own bathroom and WC.
Room No. 6 beds 160 x 200. South facing with terrace.
Bedroom N°7 trundle bed 160x200 and two beds 90x200, television, facing south with terrace.

This house is located in the magnificent village of Sainte Cécile les vignes, with its Saturday morning market accessible on foot is 700 m away, hiking trail nearby.

Security deposit
(Cash with receipt or French check) upon arrival (for possible breakage or damage) 2 checks totaling €2,500 Upon your arrival we will give you a list of household items and furniture. You have approximately 24 hours to report any broken or damaged object or furniture. After this period you will be considered responsible. When you leave, we will do a quick inventory. If there is no apparent breakage or damage, I will give you a check. The other will be returned to you
