You enter via a residence complex, enjoy the view of stunning and unique vertical gardens! It's very green and quite space.

Designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas and decorated with an artist's taste this lovely studio has all that you need to have a wonderful stay in Paris.

The living room has a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Please note that the air conditioner is a portable unit designed for a single room.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation, and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district.

Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf Museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre, and the Balaji. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

- A parking is available at a 3-minute walking distance on Avenue Ledru-Rollin.
- The metro station Ledru-Rollin is located 2 minutes away. Line 8 is available.
- The bus stop La Boule Blanche is 3 minutes away. Lines 76 and 86 are available.
- Orly airport is located at a 20-kilometer distance from the apartment.
- Roissy airport is located at a 35-kilometer drive from the apartment.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
