Our suite at Sapphire is the perfect spot to enjoy your vacation, with access to amenities like a 100 yard pool, theater, game room and spa all connected to an amazing beachfront location! With almost 1800 sqft of living space, there is room for everyone to relax! This South facing 7th floor condo has a balcony that overlooks the beach, the bay and the SpaceX Launchpad!

Reserve your space at one of our cabanas and make the most of your stay. Let us make your trip the most memorable one yet!

*There is an automatic $75.00 cancellation fee for ANY cancellations, regardless of when it the reservation is canceled.*

Condo Rules:
-Guest registration forms must be emailed prior to arrival
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
-Failure to abide by Sapphire or house rules may result in fines and/or evictions.

Please note: Sapphire guests do not access have access to the pool area at Margritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.

You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you would like access to their pool.

Family Spring Break getaway

Condo is nicely decorated and beds are comfy. Was wondering if we would be overwhelmed with spring breakers but it wasn’t that bad. Can’t get umbrella rentals unless you are an owner so bring your own cover and chairs! Owners very responsive.

Perfect end of summer beach trip

Our family booked this condo for a quick end of summer (right before back to school) beach trip. We tend to have high expectations for travel and this condo did not disappoint! Sylvia and Rey were great hosts. Their communication was great. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (including some beach toys, chairs, and a wagon). There are lots of things to do in S. Padre but my kids were super happy boogie boarding and playing on the beach. When we come back to S. Padre, we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing property with a GRAND VIEW

Amazing.

Lovely decor, 2 balconies, amazing views and a view of the Space X launch pad from your balcony, living room and kitchen!

The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk. The Sapphire also has many wonderful amenities including a full service spa, game room and theatre on the first floor!

The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.
