*Guests who book through VRBO and decide to cancel their reservation, will be charged a “RESERVATION CANCELLATION FEE” of 10% of the amount paid, regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. Great stay & amazing host

The host was fabulous with answering questions and responding. The unit was fantastic and clean, great "starter" amounts that oftentimes are missed with rentals. Would stay again at any unit managed by this team!

Great host! Excellent property!

The Condo was perfect for our family, everything was clean, and amazing. The condo is clean, the location is amazing and the pool, game areas areas are great to entertain us. The communication with the host was great, Sylvia was always responding to my questions. My family and I will definitely come back.

Christmas on the beach!

Christmas on the beach in South Padre was awesome! This was our families first trip to SPI. Sylvia is awesome at what she does. She helped with any question we had. She responds quickly to messages and followed up with us to make sure everything was okay when we arrived. Check in was a breeze. The condo is clean, comfortable, and was a great place to enjoy Christmas together on the beach. Saphire is a great complex with Margaritaville next door to enjoy the swim up bar and restaurant. I love visiting Texas and we will definitely be back. Sylvia, a special thank you from The Olson family! You’re a true gem!

Great Stay!

Everything about the place was great. The views are beautiful and the pool is one of the best! Condo was clean and the kitchen is well stocked. All messages were quickly answered. Highly recommend.

Nice getaway

Nice view and easy access to the beach. Parking can be difficult. Most of the staff was nice but two were a bit rude and condescending.

Amazing!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The property itself is gorgeous, the condo was perfect and the view....WOW! We had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend at SPI. The wagon came in handy to haul our stuff down to the beach. Renting a chairs and an umbrella was the ticket! All you really need to bring are your clothes & food/drinks.....this condo has everything else. We can't wait to come back and sit on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunrise again!

Not a Five Star

There was plaster all over the balcony, balcony furniture, patio and master bedroom window. The ice maker didn’t work and there were three lights out in the kitchen. The front desk wasn’t helpful when we asked about umbrellas. Too lazy to put them up. Very disappointed. Won’t return. One good point, the view was breathtaking (as long as you were in the patio) couldn’t see the view from inside because of all the plaster covering the patio doors and windows.

Great stay

Was an absolute enjoyable vacation. Place is very clean and makes you feel at home. The view is outstanding. Plenty of beach toys, body boards, towels, chairs, and a cart. The owners make sure you have everything you need for your vacation. If you are looking for a family or couple retreat this is a great place. All the instructions are left for you, as well as recommendations. After Labor Day it is very peaceful and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sapphire. Our host was extremely easy to work with and sent all the info we needed. She also answered questions very quickly. We enjoyed the Sapphires amenities, location, and cleanliness. We plan to be back as soon as we can!

Quick wkd getaway

Great pool and location. Condo management did great job keeping other guests to follow rules. Love that there was access to neighbor condo pool and bar/restaurants.

We could not have been more pleased with everything!

This place and facility was fantastic. After a booking error (my fault) the owner graciously accommodated our changes. Communication was continuous throughout this process and throughout our trip. The owner did everything possible to ensure our stay and experience was 5 star and they succeeded! Condo was clean, view exceptional! It has been 15 years since we had visited South Padre. Without a doubt we will be back again soon and often. Oh, and the Local restaurants were fantastic too.

Misrepresented

I feel disappointed and I was lied to. The owner should be required to notify you on the website before you make the reservation if THE POOL AND SPA ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!! The balcony is very difficult to access because it takes two people to open the sliding door. The bathroom plumbing is loud and/or broken. The alternative pool was dirty and NOT equivalent. They offered a broken beach umbrella and old chairs and toys.

Fantastic experience!

We stayed at this Sapphire property for the Christmas break. Sylvia was an exceptional host and her communication throughout our stay was phenomenal and prompt! The property was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! We will be back again for our next break for sure!
