Newly updated, sparkling clean home in a beautiful tree-lined, quiet neighborhood.
Conveniently located near Hanford, Columbia and Yakima rivers, downtown, various wineries, walking paths, and highway access. Plenty of space for up to 8 guests to spread out.

Inside you’ll find an open concept living room and fully equiped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area. The living room and family room offer double extra space to relax and use the tv or games. The primary bedroom has its own tv and full en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard with plenty of outdoor seating, a gas bbq, fountain, 2 cruiser bikes for your use!

We offer 2:00 pm late checkout on Sundays.

This cute home is warm and cozy. It is centrally located within minutes of most Richland venues and about 9 minutes from Columbia Center. We really loved our stay. The little touches made us feel welcome, cold soda and water in the fridge, snacks on the kitchen island and Christmas decorations galore ! It's one of the cleanest houses in which we have stayed, The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillow choices. This will definitely be our first choice when staying in the Tri-Cities.

Very comfortable home, with lots of throw blankets to keep you comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was easy to navigate from directions, to lock entry, to leaving. Lovely home with plenty of space for everyone, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had a good supply of plates, cups, utensils, etc. as well as basic cooking ingredients. There were a ton of extra pillows and blankets. Overall, the house felt cozy, homey, and welcoming.

Lovely Stay!

Stayed here for a little over a month while in town for work, and couldn't have been happier with the place. Such a nice location and even with 4 adults the home felt so spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, beautiful backyard. Great communication from hosts as well, we had a a great stay.

Great getaway!

This is a charming house with comfy beds and great amenities. Hillary is an awesome host who was very communicative. The location is also only 5 minutes from restaurants and the river.

We do offer long-term stays, here is our policy:

As a long-term guest please be aware that once a week on a day and time we both agree to, I will need to enter the home to care for plants, do a light cleaning (dusting, quick vacuum, bathroom and kitchen) get the mail, pull garbage cans back to the house, and care for any yard or home items that need seen to. You will be provided with a “starter pack” of toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, and paper towels. Once they run out, you will be responsible to provide your own through the rest of your stay.
