Welcome to Homegrown Retreat, a spacious and thoughtfully equipped 3-bedroom Richland home designed for families, groups, business travelers, and guests traveling with pets. With 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 8 guests, the home offers a comfortable setup with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, dedicated bunk room, bright open living area, Smart TV, cozy fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and Keurig, dining space, washer and dryer, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard and covered patio, perfect for pets, kids, morning coffee, or relaxed evenings. Guests also have access to a 2-car garage and driveway parking. The house was fantastic and perfect for our stay! Very quiet neighborhood and it just felt like home away home. Tori was also great to work with, she was always there if we had questions and all in all our stay could not have gone better! Will be staying again for sure!

This was a great home away from home for me and my bestie to have a few days away and relax. The home is clean, well laid out, and very comfortable and cozy beds and couches. The kitchen is amazing and open to the living area. We had my dog with us and the yard was safely fenced. The host was very responsive with questions when they came up. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a beautiful home and very comfortable!!! It is extremely pet friendly and Tori is a great host. We will be returning again!! We have stayed at several VRBO homes in the Tri-cities and this one has quickly become our favorite!!!!!

This is a beautiful, tidy and well kept home. Perfect for our family. It was extremely clean, especially for being pet friendly. My dog usually detects other pets but this house was odor free. The furniture was comfortable and clean. We loved sipping coffee and reading on the back patio to the sunrise. We also enjoyed lots of afternoon shade back there. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is central to the areas. It seems everywhere we drove to was 12-16 minutes way. We would love to stay again in our future trips to visit our daughter. Thank you for being an exceptional host and sharing your beautiful home.

This home was perfect for our 2 week retreat. The home itself was exaxtly as decribed and was very clean. We do not have pets and can be sensitive to pet smells. Even though this is a pet friendly rental we noticed no evidence of pets having been in the home. The neighborhood is new, quiet and has beautiful views. There is a park within a short drive for the kids, and a winery nearby for the adults. The merchantile is the perfect spot to grab a sandwhich, ice cream, local produce, chocolates and gifts. The fresh salsa is amazing we had to go back for more- twice! Tori was very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to come back again.
