My husband and I and my sister were to meet family from seattle but health isdues kept them from coming, but the 3 of us enjoyed the house very much. Hopefelly our family can come down in the Spring snd are able to get this house again. Loved it.

Great stay in Richland

The house was well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. Having two ensuites worked out great. Checking in was smooth, and the host was great at keeping in touch both before and during our stay. The location was perfect to access local restaurants and attractions while being tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Girls weekend

We had a great time st Larrys place. Had a little snafu getting in, but Larry quickly helped us get in. We were amazed by all the amenities and the place was spotless. We appreciated being able to use the garage.. it was really hot and the air conditioning was fabulous. Thanks again, Larry, we will be back

Trip to see Grandma and Grandpa

The property was great. Lots of room for five of us. Well appointed with all our cooking and visiting needs. Back patio was great. Property is close to the river, shopping, and entertainment in the area. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great property

We had the good fortune of booking this home for our stay. The location is great, on a quiet street away from traffic. Loads of space and very well appointed. We would definitely book here again for our next stay in Richland.

Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed this home. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms clean with great showers. The kitchen fully stocked and the patio perfect for a big group. We would love to stay here again the next time we play tennis in Tri-Cities.

Wine Tasting Weekend

Great bargain! The house was great, very comfy and spacious. It had just about everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and quiet. The host was very easy to reach and very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great Experience as always

We always rent this property for our daughter and her large family when we have our annual family reunion. This property is super clean and super nice with enough sleeping arraignments for a family of eight. The patio is very comfortable and cool during the dog days of summer. The owner, Larry Davis is a super cool guy that will work with you with any special needs that you may have. Five stars for Larry and his beautiful home!!

Check In Inaccurate

We loved the place, but never received the check-in process. I contacted the owner and was provided an alternative way to access the property. Extra toilet paper not found, no Kleenex available. We did love the place and would consider it again.

Great house, fully equipped

This was a very pleasant house. The kitchen had everything I could have wanted. The patio was very nice, we spent a lot of time out there. Very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience

Larry offers top of the shelf customer service as well as providing my family a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home to stay in every year when we have our annual family reunion. Perfect!!

The home was beautiful! Everything was great the beds were very comfy, the house was very clean, and the kitchen was a perfect size. Check in/out was so easy. Owner was very sweet and accommodating. Outdoor area was very nice, bbq grill was great. Owner left us a full propane tank. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this place

We being in our 70's like the NO stairs! Bedrooms were real nice size and comfy beds! Larry the owner was sooo helpful to us old gals! So close to everything we needed!

Nice!

This property was very clean and perfectly located for things our family needed to do while staying there. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and nice. The house was great,no problems what so ever.

Great home for multi-generational families

We love this house! The layout is perfect for a large group—my mom was able to come for dinner with her walker and had no access issues ( no stairs) and my nieces were able to enjoy the fully fenced backyard while the adults relaxed and visited. Beds are very comfortable and the home is in great condition.
