4 bedroom 3 bathroom single level home includes 2 Master Suites, a spacious open floor plan (kitchen, dining and living room) with separate den area complete with very comfortable furnishings. 2 separate patio areas with plenty of outdoor furnishings for relaxing or dining. Basketball hoop and lawn areas at the home for children to play. Only 1 block to the outdoor pool and 2 sandy beaches. Includes use of boat moorage, secure boat trailer parking, all resort amenities (indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise facility, mini-golf, on-site watercraft rentals, tennis/pickle ball courts, volleyball, basketball, horse shoe pit, playground equipment and children's activity center).

Great walking neighborhood

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for 7 adults. The kitchen was very well equipped. There only 2 issues. We could not use thermostat to make the house a bit warmer so it was a bit cold in the morning. Also, the oven door did not close all the way. Some things we need to over for did not cook right.

Spring Break Family Time

Great location and beautiful home. We hosted the 4 grandkids (2 from the West Side and 2 from the East Side) in the bunkbed room. They all loved being together… thanks for providing books and board games. Adults had spacious rooms (bed rooms & big laundry room) the kitchen was perfect for hanging out, cooking and dining. We also took advantage of using the indoor pool.

Spacious home

We enjoyed our stay. We have 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The separate living area was nice for the kids to each get their own space. There is a slight view of the water between the two homes in front of the vacation home. Short drive to the pool house. Tons of room in the house. There weren't many directions so we didn't know we had to register to get a pool key but we figured it out. Some of the window shades in the mater bedroom are broken so we may have given the neighbors a show while changing.

Beautiful home. Will be back for sure!!!

This is such a beautiful home with everything we need. Few minutes walk to private beach and rental activities. Check-in process is smooth. We will be back in the future.

Beautiful home on the Point!

This was the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at this home. It’s clean, bright, equipped with everything you could need (except beach chairs and lake toys….bring your own). It’s just a short walk to the beach park, and an even shorter walk to the neighborhood pool. Wapato Point is a magical place for my family; we’ve been coming here since 1985, and I’m thrilled to be back with my children and grandchildren. This home makes our vacation even more special!

Great Rental

The home is spacious and had a very well stocked kitchen for appliances. Open floor plan. 5min walk to the beach. Will stay here again.

Beautiful house!

This was our 4th time staying in this home and our family loves it! We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to be back again for our annual family vacation! The house has everything you need! The living space is large and spacious, large windows, big kitchen and spacious bedrooms! Bonnie is very responsive and so kind and always willing to help for any questions we have!

Excellent!

Our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler were very comfortable in this lovely, clean home. There is plenty of space for larger groups as well as an accommodating kitchen. The beds are comfy too! There is plenty to do at the resort for tots, teens and adults. We had an amazing stay and would love to return. A huge thank you to Bonnie for your consideration for my son with special needs!

Perfect weekend on the lake

We were a group of 2 families with all ages of kids. The house has so much room and so many places to sleep. There were several roll away beds available too for extra sleeping. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and cooking oils and everything you need to make meals. The beach is only a block away and easy to get our whole group together to walk there and back. We love Wapato Point to get away from the crowds and we will come back to this house for sure.

Great Family House

Great house and location for a family fun trip. We were 7 adults 2 kids (4 and 7). Lots of open space in Kitchen and LR to spread out. One of the better stocked homes I’ve rented. Kitchen had everything thing we needed to host dinner for 16 family members. Great location in Wapato. Easy walk to pool and beach, even with the kids in tow. We would definitely book again next year. Thank you Bonnie for answering all our questions promptly.

Wapato Point Stay

Only downside was that we were excited to use the indoor heated pool and hot tub but a week to our stay we were informed the indoor facilities would be under construction during the whole duration of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy those as planned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no issues with the house in general. A smart tv would have been a plus during our downtime.

Excellent place to stay

The property manager is great! She was very responsive when we had questions. This is a nice rambler with a big living room and kitchen. Great for two families. Two main bedrooms on either end with the kids in the middle rooms. Close walk to the beach. It would be nice if the front door had a key code and not just the garage. The garbage issue is strange. You have to haul your garbage to a dumpster that is behind a sign that says "Restricted Area" so you have to walk it up a steep dirt hill so you don't get into the restricted area. It would not work for people with disabilities. I don't know if this pertains to only this house or all of Wapato Point.

Big Group Fun

Loved this light-filled home with cute decor and excellent stocked kitchen. Garage fridge was so useful for our crew of 12 as was the huge living room and large dining table. Back patio was cute, but never used as access was only through a master. Side patio was odd- too many cars meant we blocked any views. The two masters had plenty of space, but we were surprised by how small the bunk room was. We appreciated all the fans for white noise though. Have never been in a home with such a late check in and cleaners weren’t out until 5:15 while we were outside waiting around. Despite that, I’d rent the home again. What a peaceful area that point is- would take it any day over Chelan or even the condos area in Wapato.

3rd annual family vacation lake house

This is the third time my family and I stayed at this house and we have loved it every single time! Our four cars fit easily, huge open living space, super comfy couch and large windows for sun to shine through! We have loved our experience every year and always look forward to many more annual family vacations. Our kids are building core memories at this house it’s so sweet to see their love for our annual Chelan vacation. There is easy access to the pool and lake! Coffee shop right around the corner and awesome walking spots! We also nrented a boat and did tubing and had such a blast! All in all, 10 out of 10!

Very big house with great outdoor space.

House was very big. The refrigerator was large. Great location as short walk to pool and beach. The bunk room had lots of beds. Very nice outdoor space too. Bring your own beach toys as none are in garage. There was a ping pong table and foosball table. I would definitely go there again.

Relaxing stay at Lake Chelan

This was one of the best equipped properties that we have rented through VRBO. The two master bedroom suites were very nice. We enjoyed the open seating area in the living room.

Wonderful home

This home was lovely. Very clean, open concept, a variety of games to play for different ages. The older boys had fun with ping pong and foosball. Everything was well stocked as well as bright and cheery. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!
