In 2026, July and August is Sunday to Sunday Rental - 7 night minimum. Get ready to relax in this 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home located at the much desired Wapato Point Resort located on the pristine shores of Lake Chelan. Primary Bedroom with Private Bathroom on each floor. This gorgeous property features 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds - perfect for a group getaway. With 4 bathrooms equipped with showers, your stay will be nothing short of enjoyable. Whether you're lounging in the spacious living areas, taking in sunrises on the wrap-around deck or enjoying ample lawn space the home provides - this place offers tremendous comfort for guests of all ages. Conveniently located less than one block to 2 sandy beach waterfront parks, boat moorage and outdoor pool. TV viewing is Disney+/Hulu/ESPN. There is also a wide choice of streaming sites you can log in to using your account. On-site amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, watercraft rentals, mini-golf, children's activity center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, exercise facility & more. Easy walking distance to downtown Manson shopping, restaurants, wineries, grocery store and more. Lake Chelan 12 Tribes Casino and public boat launch 1.5 miles from the home and only a 7 mile drive to downtown Chelan amenities, golf, movie theater, bowling alley and more. Great family Vacation

We had another wonderful stay in this home. This was our 5th year staying at this home for our family vacation. This home has everything you need and lots of space! Even with 12 of us, it never felt crowded. We love this home and Wapato Point resort; this is truly our home away from home!

We have stayed in this house several years and love coming back. Everything we need is here in good condition and well organized. The owner responds to questions quickly. Beautiful view, nice resort. Don't miss Donna's pies.

Time with Kids and Grands

Check in was a breeze and the home spacious and comfortable for spending time together as a family. Downstairs was a great plance for the younger group to socialize. Couches and beds were comfy, we slept well. We appreciated having 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was well supplied, cookware was high quality. Ice maker and water dispenser available. We found we used more ice than it produced. The market is close by (less than a mile) for ice food and drink. This is an HOA area with lots of wakers and bikers. Cars are courteous. The quiet time from 8 AM-8 PM did limit our outdoor patio time. We would like to have had more information about the HOA protocol. We had someone stop by and we were told not to hang towels to dry over the deck rail, but okay to drap them over the chairs. We were not made aware of the day or time that the lawn was to be mowed so quickly moved a few things. Again, not clear about the HOA protocol about using the lawn area. We had easy access to the beach and spent most of the time in the water and enjoying the boat we brought. Dock access was close by. We look forward to a return visit.
