At just two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, a safe and easy stroll from the house to the sand awaits when staying at this charming and remodeled South Rehoboth Beach home. Being on Delaware Avenue, guests are also on the same street as boardwalk landmark Funland! This home is just two blocks from Rehoboth Avenue as well, meaning a plethora of shops and restaurants are steps away! When not out exploring the town, guests to this vacation rental are treated to coastal comfort throughout the home. The main level consists of the main living space, plus a modern kitchen and dining space for everyone to share after a day in the sand. A porch can be found off the living room, which provides a quiet outdoor living space to enjoy. There are five bedrooms in the home - four on the second story, and one in the basement. Additionally, there is a bathroom on each floor of the home: a full bathroom on the second floor, a half on the first floor, and a full bathroom in the basement. There is an upper deck with entrances from 2 of the bedrooms. Home is cooled with 2 split a/c units and forced air. This home also features a terrific outdoor sitting area to enjoy grilling and those amazing summer evenings with friends and family. Guests at 56 Delaware Avenue can pack light, as the owner provides beach chairs and bikes for use during your stay. Plus, if you need additional space, the apartment at 55 Philadelphia Street can be rented as well for a total of eight bedrooms and three bathrooms!

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $235.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
