The TV would cut out intermittently with a notice that the WIFI was to weak, after several minutes it would come back on. Light out in the laundry room. Overall very good location to the beach and to boardwalk. Excellent beds, most of us slept very well. Very quiet and relaxing.

Not as clean as I hoped, but it is the end of the season, so I understand. House was as described and we were very comfortable. Check out instructions were very clear. Price for the week was great, and located close to everything

Great Location

My husband, 2 young adult kids, and dog enjoyed our stay. We were there for a week, right before the official season started, so there was no one in the unit next to us in this duplex. It was a cute little place for us and we loved the location - we basically walked everywhere! We easily walked to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a wonderful stay. The house nicely accommodated all of us. New beach chairs were supplied for us to use. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location and nice house

The house was way smaller than expected, but the location was perfect, just as advertised. The house has few kitchen supplies. And the linen rental raises the final price. But all in all it was worth the price.

Great location close to the beach and Rehoboth Ave

While I wouldn't call this luxe accommodations, the proximity to the beach and dining/shopping was a solid trade off. We loved the screened in front porch, and enjoyed saying hello to passing neighbors and dog walkers. There were only four adults in our party, and we had plenty of room to spread out when someone had a Zoom meeting or needed a quiet room to work. Read the listing carefully: this rental isn't the whole house (as it said on vrbo), pets are welcome (including yappy dogs), and occupants must pass through a bedroom to get to the uppermost floor bedroom. The peeling paint and dishwasher that didn't clean dishes was a bit surprising, but otherwise the unit was fine. We were all about the location. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood, so if you're a late sleeper, you may want to consider something a little farther out where owners aren't tearing down cottages and rebuilding with massive beach rentals.

Home in need of repairs, paint, and cleaning. Was.not found clean upon arrival.

Overall location was great. Attic room had portable air conditioner which wasnt optimal. Single bed on first floor wasnt ideal, bed creaks. Overall every room was dirty from trim to doors to walls and floors in bathrooms, one bedroom wall paint was chipped clear away. Sinks were not clean and floor was unswept. Clearly thisnunit was the worst one weve ever stayed in in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen was fair and could use new pots and pans and more amenities. The beach chairs are old and porch is not comfortable. Lacks chairs, cleanliness, charm. Neighbors were nice and location was ideal.in a nice section of town. Remax reimbursed us for thencleaning fee we were charged which was appreciated.

Great Location

The location of the house was perfect, as we were able to walk to many restaurants along the Boardwalk by the beach. However, the house itself was not in optimal condition. Some of the walls had peeling paint, and it didn't feel completely clean. I also believe the house isn't designed for eight people; fortunately, there were only six of us and a dog, so we managed to fit. The dining table was quite tight. Additionally, the rooms were very small, which makes me think the house is better suited for six rather than eight guests. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!

Great location

This was a great location for our trip and the house had everything we needed! It was a tight squeeze for 3 couples, an infant, and a toddler, but we were able to manage no problem. I would recommend this as an affordable option for a Rehoboth stay.

Great location, plenty of space

We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 kids (age 8 and 9). The ONE downside is the 3rd floor bedroom can only be accessed through one of the 2nd floor bedrooms (which was accurately indicated in the listing so not a surprise, just something to consider). The bathrooms weren't as clean as I would have hoped upon check in but not at a level warranting a call to the agent. Overall it was a good spot for 2 families enjoying the beach!

Residential Rental at Rehoboth Beach

Comfortable 4 bedroom residential Rental at Rehoboth Beach. 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and even closer to the boardwalk. The boxsprings on all the beds need to be replaced to be honest, but the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs provided sit on the sand, so recommend bringing your own chairs. Linen rental was very easy to pick up and drop off. You are given 1 spot in the driveway area to park and 1 parking pass for another car. If you have any other cars, you MUST get a parking pass located at 1 City Hall Ave. $25/day $120 for a week. Cannot park without a parking pass.

Great Location and Nice House

My family and I recently stayed here and had a very nice time. The property is a short walk to the beach, and the house is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed having the screened-in porch to use in the evenings. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities for a week's vacation. The only downside is that the furniture in the photos for this unit is not accurate. The furniture in the living room is very different, and much older than the pictures here.

Perfect location with parking

A group of friends and I stayed at this property and loved it. The location was very central to both the beach as well as shops/restaurants/bars. Very glad it had parking: one on site for a small car and one street parking pass for our larger SUV. The screened in patio was lovely too. Would love to stay again.

Great location

Overall was was ok. Pros-well equipped kitchen, plenty of space and location was great. Cons-needs a deep clean, porch was small for everyone to sit(smaller table would help).
