Escape to the Catskills and visit this Windham Mountain Home. Stay in this 2 floor, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a private 4-acre property! Offering amenities spacious deck with grill, sprawling stone patio with wood firepit, brand new Thermospa hot tub, huge 2 car garage, ski storage space, open concept kitchen and living room great for groups and especially, Windham Mountain views! Less than two miles from downtown Windham and 2 miles from Windham Mountain, this is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all! (.1 mile from Brandywine Restaurant)
This two floor home is perfect for groups/multi-family There is a well equipped kitchen with extra amenities such as waffle maker and Insta-pot. The dining room seats at least 10 and the living room features a huge wrap around sofa, fireplace and big screen Smart-TV.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. The first floor master bedroom features a walk-in closet and double sink bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Upstairs features another spacious master bed bedroom with walk in closet and bath. The second upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids (bunk bed and two twin beds) featuring window seat reading nooks and a TV.
This house is the perfect Catskills get away. It is very close to Windham Mountain, town and several hiking trails. It is also a short drive to Hunter Mountain. It sits on a 4-arce lot with a creek at the back of the property.

I built this house at the end of 2018 as a place that my family can come to remember our roots. The land has been in my family for over 50 years. I am happy to share this special place with friends, family and respectful renters during ski season, gorgeous fall foliage trips and relaxing Summer get-aways. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
My grandmother Evelyn Newcomb lived here and raised her family. She loved to feed the deer apples from the apple tree. She left the property to my father. The old house was damaged during Hurricane Irene in 2011 and had to be torn down. The stone wall on the left side of the property was built from the old foundation of that house. There is a creek at the backside of the property and lots of space to run around. There's even a 1950 Ford Tractor that still runs and my Great Uncle Junior still rides!
