Enjoy all that Vail has to offer in this beautiful & comfortable 3 bedroom condominium. Located just 5 min. away from Lionshead Village, this condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer & fireplace. This condo features a King bed in the master bedroom, two twins or a split king in the 2nd Bedroom, and a twin bed over queen in the 3rd bedroom. Whether you are looking to be in walking distance to the village or have a enjoy the hot tub or fitness room- this condo is for you.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check In Instructions:

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
