Sixth floor, 2bedroom / 2 bath oceanfront unit with extra large lanai with patio dining table, 4 chairs and two loungers, well equipped gourmet kitchen with skylight. Comfortable, deluxe furnishings throughout the unit with HD Cable flat screens in the living room and master bedroom. Walk in showers in both bathrooms. The perfect perch to watch a sunset blaze, glimmer and fade. Walk for miles on the warm, sandy beach, or grab your beach chair and watch kayakers and kite sailors and whales glide by while you enjoy the soft warm breeze.. The adjacent Royal Fishpond is a favorite sunbathing spot for our green sea turtles. Golf courses, sightseeing, activities and an array of restuarants for all palates and budgets are nearby.

Great Views

This was our first time visiting Hawaii and it was beautiful. This condo was very easy to find and had the best view. It was perfect for our family to all get together and celebrate Christmas.

Beautiful

Loved everything about our stay here. It was clean, easy communication with the host, no issues at all. We had the most beautiful view of the beach and that alone was completely worth it. Will definitely stay here again.

Linda was always quick to respond and her and the cleaning lady went above and beyond tti make our stay extra special. They supply everything thing you could ever want and they even had binooto see the whales!

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is great and convenient. Close to major supermarkets, great restaurants, snorkeling rental, etc. Steps away from a beach. Beautiful view. Highly recommended! And we will definitely come back!

Convenient hub with view

The unit was conveniently located to Kihei beaches and restaurants. A nice balcony allows you with ability to watch for turtles and admire the Maui sunsets. It was also just a short drive to Lahaina and the airport. Nicely decorated and equipped for our stay.

Kehei Condo Stay

This property has a beautiful lanai to whale watch which is what we were looking for. Sunsets were amazing. The beach was not the best but that is not why we chose this condo. Full kitchen was well-stocked which made it very convenient for us. Our first time staying in Kehei. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Perfect location.

Outstanding views from our private lanai. Location is perfect - quiet, yet close to everything. Well stocked kitchen and lots of beach accessories. Safe location. Very comfortable condo with lots of room to relax. Great swimming pool that is usually empty. Highly recommended and we will return in the near future. Five stars!!

Nice place with beautiful sunsets each night! Couldn’t beat that! The only negatives were no TV in the second bedroom for our grandson, air conditioner in the primary bedroom was loud and blew right on the bed, and the pool was lacking. Other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful view, great condo

We had a great time. We really enjoy the patio. So relaxing in the morning and evening. The pool was great when the winds picked up. Not many people in there. Linda was very friendly and helpful when we had a small issue. Took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and property!

We decided to take a somewhat last minute trip to Maui, and our usual property in Kihei was booked. So we took a chance and booked this property and we are so glad that we did. The condo is in a great location, has incredible views, and is very clean and well appointed. It has everything you might want or need, and is super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. Linda, the property manager, is a dream to interact with. She is incredibly pleasant, efficient, and really embodies the "aloha" spirit.

Week on Maui

Great property besides the doors both outer and inner. Outer door code was difficult. Often had to enter it several times despite the green light that we had entered it correctly. Inner doors were difficult to close and extremely loud (from sticking)

Paradise

This condo was amazing. It had everything we needed for the week. All we had to get was food. The master bedroom was really comfortable. The 2nd room was great too. The closets had all we needed for the rooms and beach stuff. Super comfortable home away from home. The view was heavenly! Waking up every day to ocean and mountain views was just what we needed to relax. All we had to do was go downstairs for the beach and pool. This property is close to everything including the Fishpond where you may get to see turtles and fish. I recommend this place. If you need anything, Linda is in her office during the day, just ask. But trust me, you won’t need anything.

Great view!

Great room, spacious and spectacular view. Also very quiet condo building and not crowded beach front. The strength is this property is the actual unit and view. Areas for improvement- the internet was slow and unpredictable. Manager responded immediately, but it never really improved. Pool, not great and very small. Great location on S Kihei road but very windy on the water. Also providing extra toilet paper and shampoo/soap would be a super easy addition. I would definitely stay here again.
