We loved this room. It has everything you need for your stay. Great views of the ocean and the pools. It was very spacious for the 5 of us who stayed here. The only thing we had to buy was ice as it was very HOT the week we stayed here. Heat index was 115. The A/C was top notch and kept our room nice and cool. We were very thankful for that !! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was well decorated, clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. The only downside is that it was not well stocked so we found ourselves purchasing paper products (one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the week) and there were only six bath towels, a handful of wash clothes, and one hand towel (and no kitchen towels) for the entire condo. As a family of four that meant we had to wash towels every single day. I would stay here again knowing I needed to bring my own bath and kitchen towels.

Good location

Apartment is located in Sea Watch Resort in Arcadian Acres area. Close to Tanger outlets and other North Myrtle Beach locations. Parking is tight but there was plenty. Condo is nicely furnished. The 2nd bathroom is very very tight and tiny. The ceilings are low as well, just so folks are aware. Overall, it was a good place.

Great condo but Seawatch not so much

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed including a great view of the ocean. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, especially the 2nd bedroom was struggling. If this condo were somewhere other than Seawatch I would stay again. There is a chair/umbrella rental guy we nicknamed the "chair nazi." Every morning he would line his rental umbrellas and chairs up at the umbrella line limit. They were so close together you had to walk down the sand to get a gap to get to the water. You can't put your own umbrella in front of these because of the lifeguard sight lines, which I understand. He will also come tell you to stay 10 feet away from any of his umbrellas. Umm what? Unless you rent from him you will be way back from the water with no view. We had to walk to the other condo building next door just to see water. If you have kids, sometimes the lifeguards are on duty, but many times they have a flag saying no lifeguard on duty. This unit is directly overlooking the pools. At night it sounded like a frat party at the pool, with marijuana and cigarette smells, we couldn't sit on the balcony peacefully. Watched people dump their drinks and rinse their cups in the hot tub, wash their sandy feet and crocks off in he pool. The icing on the cake was people having sex in the hot tubs with kids around. Don't think I will be back to Seawatch.

Spring Break Success

Changed our stay from Hilton Enclave to this Sea Watch condo at the last minute. We stayed at Hilton last year, but the pools and hot tubs were too busy to enjoy. Booked this condo with more space for family. We enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs without any trouble. We keep our beach set up all day and walk back to condo for lunch. My teen was able to be independent and join us at the beach and walk back to pool to play with new friends. Beach was clean, other guests were pleasant, and management company was fast to respond. North Myrtle was less busy. Kroger and Outlet Mall within 5 minute drive.

April Vacation

We like the North Myrtle area because the kids are grown now. Close to Barefoot Landing and Outlet Malls. Condo as advertised. Resort and Condo were very comfortable and clean. Unit was well equipped with beach chairs and even toys. Washer quit working and Management was very helpful with us offering clean towels and even to do our laundry. Small balcony offers great view of everyday sunrise. Great morning sun.

Spring 2024 Get Away

As advertised, very clean, comfortable, roomy & well appointed condo - couldn't ask for anything else. Great view of the beach, ample enclosed parking. Easy check-in/check out. Can't wait to stay again next year!

Great stay!

Very clean! My husband wasn’t a fan of the bed but I was! Master bed was just very soft. Love the master shower! Kitchen has a lot of the utensils and pots/pans you would need for cooking but no spices. Would stay there again!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Firstly this property is located in a resort style establishment with a ton of amenities. Multiple heated pools, hot tubs, lazy river and other outdoor games. The condo itself is well appointed, clean, with excellent views of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Simple, efficient, and as expected!

Great condo with lots of amenities and perfect location!

The place was great! It had everything we needed to make meals and get through the week. The only reason I gave 4 stars was three items: - 1) King mattress was horribly uncomfortable and needs replaced (I didn’t sleep in the queen beds to I can’t comment on them) 2) our check out time was 10am and we woke up that morning to our front door automatically unlocked remotely….not very secure for our belongings as we left to eat breakfast and make several trips loading the car 3) Also early check out morning, the AC was turned way up and the last couple hours of packing were very uncomfortable. I couldn’t help but think of the poor cleaning person who was probably coming in after us having to clean in such a hot condo. If those three things were fixed, I would stay in that very same condo again in a heartbeat!!
