This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo has been completely renovated!!! Renovations started late fall of 2023 and were completed early winter of 2024. Maison Sur Mer is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach and you will be able to enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious ocean view condo. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.

The recent upgrades included all new flooring, fresh paint, new furniture, new decor, new appliances, new HVAC system, new kitchen furnishings, upgraded bathrooms and upgraded kitchen. This 9th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes/Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. This spacious unit features a fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room, private bathrooms for each bedroom, a spacious ocean view balcony with dining table and loungers as well as a full size washer & dryer.

Maisons-Sur-Mer is one of the most prestigious and private condominium buildings in Myrtle Beach. Maisons-Sur-Mer is located in the Arcadian Golf community and features gated entry and 24-hour security making luxury living even easier and more convenient. It was the highlight of our vacation and conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach. We would highly recommend this unit and have never been disappointed in any of our stays at the Maisons-Sur-Mer. We are always so sad to leave and are counting down the weeks until we can come again in the summer. Check-in and out was a breeze!

Beautiful property but lacking

Stunning property but it lacked the warmth that we have had at other Maison sur Mer properties. I noticed it was for sale and it showed like it was being staged. Not even a coffee filter was offered in the cabinets (usually there are some cleaning supplies, i.e. windex, fantastic. Some saran wrap, baggies - absolutely nothing but a salt & pepper shaker.

Highly Recommend

This unit was extremely clean, stocked and just what we needed. Great view from the balcony and easy access to pool and beach. Everyone (including others on vacation) were very nice. We highly recommend and will be back.

Wonderful stay!

First- the beds are GREAT! NOT HARD! I have a very bad back and slept great! No pressure points! Second - CLEAN! Adding to that the condo had a 😊 of selection of cooking equipment and kitchen needs. I do agree that dark out curtains would be an added bonus, and the remotes need batteries. Very quiet location and friendly people. All and all, highly recommend!

The Escape We Needed

Perfect location for a much needed adult vacation! Quiet spot, on the beach, away from the tourist traps but close enough that you could enjoy them if you wanted to. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and just right for four adults. LOVED the rainfall shower! The balconies were perfect to have coffee in the morning and cocktails watching the sunset in the evening. The building is super secure. Key cards needed to get in the building and to access the beach. We Ubered to Murrells Inlet one night but Barefoot Landing is a short drive away. Can’t wait to come back next year!

GREAT VIEW AND SUPER CLEAN!

The condo was newly remodeled and was nicely done. Could use some blackout or darker cutains in the bedrooms. We arrived April 3rd it was a bit chilly during our stay. The pool was not opened yet and unfortunate that you couldn't use the pool lounge/chairs to lay by the pool as the condo does not have any beach chairs for the renters. Traveling by plane you are limited. The check out process could be move convenient by not having to drive back to the office to drop off keys. Good place for adults that are looking to relax and chill. Property was super nice and great location!

Awesome experience

Condo was clean and just as pictured. We booked this condo for a girls trip. When we arrived we were greeted by Dylan, the nicest most professional maintenance man. The ac had froze up and apparently leaked onto the water heater and caused some electrical issues meaning we had no air conditioning or hot water. Victoria and Dylan were awesome and immediately offered us another location but we opted to have faith in Dylan and Cody (another maintenance worker) to get the air back on at least for the night. Lo and behold they did and we had hot water the next morning. The stay was awesome. The location is great. We loved everything about this condo and will definitely be rebooking. Victoria was so wonderful and we were very grateful for everything she and Dylan did to accommodate us and make sure we had an enjoyable trip. They went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!

No remote for tv in living area. Second bathroom very nice and had been updated. Master bath needs work. The condo needs paint and other repairs. Kitchen adequate. TV in master needs to be mounted on the wall. Beds comfortable but bedspread needs to be replaced. Dishwasher rack does not stay on track. Does not have any beachy feel. Maison sur mer is an excellent property. Grounds well kept and great security. North Beach Realty was excellent to work with.
