What a great home: A blend of fantastic modern updates while still maintaining an old-school Breck “feel” throughout! Relax in the spacious living area or slip into the hot tub and enjoy the mountain views … you’ll love knowing that you found a perfect mountain getaway for your group. Plus, you're just a two-minute walk from the free shuttle stop taking you to and from the ski area base and the center of Main Street Breckenridge!

This 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium home home is perfect for families or groups of up to six – and the family pup is welcome, too! Walking into the living area, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, great natural light, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for trading stories after the day’s mountain adventures. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz counters, a professional grade gas range and other quality appliances. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for six more at the counter.

Outside, the spacious deck features your own private hot tub, a gas grill, and seating to take in the views. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

Wonderful stay on Wellington road

Well appointed kitchen and easy access to town (10 min walk) and trails. We hiked and biked everyday.

We have rented it before and decided to rent it for a month this summer. Unfortunately, we had to move out after 3.5 weeks due to a clogged sewer line that flooded the basement that is not accessible for renters. The property management company found another house for us but it was 10 miles away so not ideal.

Gorgeous stay in Breck!

Gorgeous home, better than the photos! Convenient walk to Main St, but secluded so you feel as if you’re miles away. Great windows and an expansive deck looking out on nature. The kitchen has everything you’ll need (we love preparing intricate meals at home on vacation with friends). We’ll come back again and again!

Mountain hideaway

We had a great stay in the Breck area at the Wellington Haus. The location was a short walk to Main Street and close to walking trails next to the river. The summit management team was very helpful for questions we had during our stay. Also, we left behind a personal item, and they were quick to respond and ship the item to us ASAP. We were very impressed!

Fabulous place

We stayed at this beautiful house for 6 nights The kitchen is very well equipped and if you don’t want to cook the walk to town is about 15 minutes. The outside deck is perfect for enjoying a sunny afternoon and there is a hot tub. The driveway is pretty steep so in the winter you do need a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The only minor issue we had is that mattress upstairs is a bit soft.

We love that it’s dog friendly with a nice yard and a short walk to a park where our dog can get some exercise. It’s an easy walk to Main Street or you can grab the shuttle as the house is right along the route. We are cyclists, so we like the easy access to trails and short ride to Wellington Bike Park.

Amazing Stay in Breck

We came for a ski weekend/birthday celebration and had a wonderful time. We especially loved the hot tub, very well-equipped kitchen, and the proximity to Breck's free shuttle. There was lots of light in the main room and the heating kept us really warm. Everything was clean and the views of the slopes from the hot tub were fantastic! The only thing to note is that the third bedroom with the twin/trundle is actually a loft that you have to access through the upper floor bedroom. It was totally fine for us because we are all very close, but it's not as private if you're expecting a proper third bedroom. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this property!

Breckinridge vacation

House was beautiful but loft area for two more people was not explained as accessible only through the master. That lacked privacy. The weather was very warm and the only cooling is to open windows without screens. They really need screens and a whole house fan. Master should have a better mattress and sheets should be upgraded. Understand that this is a vacation home being rented, however a wall filled with family photos is not the best atmosphere for a vacation rental. Most families want to feel like it’s their own for the time they rent it especially as expensive as this property was.

Do not rent

Do not stay at this property until they say it has been remodeled. First off the house itself is neat and great location, but it’s extremely overpriced. There was mold/mildew on tile shower ceiling in primary bath, water damage to light and it was coming out of tile ceiling. Water heater had enough for 1.5 showers. No screens on windows, no AC so bees/wasps flew in while we had windows open due to warm temps. Carpet had stains and smelled of dog urine when house got warm. Bedding looked unwashed upon arrival. Too many other options in and around Breck to choose from besides this place.
