• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.

Great Family Stay

Reviewer Comments: The villa was very nice, the kids really enjoyed the pool and the TV room as well. The cleaning and maintenance was a bit below our expectations, but we figured it out. When we checked in there was no one from huatulco vacations to explain anything to us so we were a little disappointed in that. Once we connected with the property manager, she was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. But it was expected (like all other trips we have booked with this company) that they would have met us there and went through the house with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a super week with 3 adult couples in this home. There was ample space for everyone to spread out and lots of privacy options too. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool and yard were very appreciated as was the outdoor eating with large table and lazy susan! We enjoyed watching birds, iguanas and coatis in the yard. The vacation company and all employees we had contact with were superb: friendly, responsive and helpful. The only thing I would add to this rental is a couple of beach umbrellas to use down at the beach as it was in full sun with very high UV Index in February.

Great place to stay. Everything is clean and the view is amazing. Just consider that cleaning is not included on a daily basis, so for large groups that can be a problem.

The Villa was beautiful, with 3 large principal rooms and 2 other rooms for smaller guests.We has 3 couples staying and there was lots of room for everyone.The view is amazing, we had 21 sunsets. Each sunset seemed to be better than the last.MHV staff were super helpful, meeting us at the Villa for check in and check out. Ground staff kept the pool clean and made sure the grounds were pristine.It was a short walk to the beach allowing a beautiful walk past the resorts to the end of the beach.The only negative was it was difficult at times to get a taxi to the villa, but a small sacrifice for the best view in Huatulco.Amazing Villa!!

Reviewer Comments: El servicio de limpieza de Amelia excelente y con muy buena disposición, también fue de gran ayuda Rodrigo para rentar y orientarnos en algunas cosas, también fue excelente.La casa muy bien ubicada, limpia y si la recomendaría.Les sugiero que avisen 3 cosas que no nos informaron:1. Si se acaba el jabón, papel de baño, etc. hay que comprarlo.2. Que no debemos dejar comida afuera (galletas, pastas, papas etc.) ya que varias veces al día siguiente estaban tirados y abiertos (creemos que fue un mapache o algo similar).3. Fumigar mejor ya que nos encontramos con 2 serpientes.Si volvería a rentar.Muchas gracias por todo.

An Oasis

Beautiful stay. All the staff are amazing & property is gorgeous and very safe. A few insider tips. The living room is really a separate bedroom with AC and it's own bath that can be made into an additional 3 beds. The pictured room with 3 beds is off to the side, the beds are small but we had 3 teens stay there. It's the only room without a view. We lived in the open air outdoor living room. Highly recommend the in home cook welcome pack. It was delicious. It's a super easy paved walk down to the beach and if you climb over a few rocks, there's a Camino Real hotel next door where you can get a drink and they have a restaurant. You can also get a resort day pass if you want to lounge in the palapas / pools. Beware of the people there selling tours, they are not associated with the hotel. Although we did buy a boat trip with one and it was great but probably best to book that thru the VRBO. More legit. The groundskeeper ordered us a taxi whenever we needed. It was about $70 pesos one way. The cab can only hold 4 maybe 5 with a kid though. Bring bug spray...it's tropical. The town is very quiet and safe. The locals are just very persistent salespeople so be prepared for the hard sell. :) Because it's far from any major city and a beach town, the prices are actually a bit on the higher side for Mexico, we were surprised at the grocery store, full of locals. Enjoy! It is beautiful and a great house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything worked, and if something went askew, there was a maintenance man within the complex to remedy it. There are a lot of stairs, and getting down to the private beach would have been problematic for a 75-year-old. The view and pool were great. The TV cable reception is limited, bring an HDMI cable and a laptop.

The kids loved the pool and the view is to die for! Guest services were exceptional. We were able to get taxi's into town whenever needed for a very reasonable rate and Moises (our tour guide and shuttle transfer) was incredible. I can't say enough about this place and hope we can come back again!
