Elevator to take you up and down of 3 stories. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent and softener. Office room with desk, printer/fax/scanner and comfortable chair. Specious 4 car garage. Kayak and canoe launching dock within few yards. Tennis court.

Gorgeous Vacation Home

Spacious and beautifully furnished townhouse in a lovely development just minutes from beaches and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed, the appliances were all brand new, and the beds were very comfortable. Just perfect in every way and highly recommended!

Beautiful Home!!

The condo was beautiful. Perfect for our family. I work remotely for 3 of the 4 weeks. Set up was perfect and easy to connect. The community was friendly. Working with the owner was amazing. She was always available for any questions we had. Will definitely rebook in the future!

This townhouse was well equipped and clean. Nice view of pond with many native birds. Very quiet with friendly neighbors. Excellent swimming pool. Host was very friendly and prompt in her communications. Plenty of storage space in garage area for 2 cars, 3 kayaks, and 3 bicycles. Location was excellent with several beaches nearby. Good restaurants nearby. Cycling direct from townhouse to Cape Haze Pioneer trail. Kayaking excellent in Coral Creek.

Awesome townhome

The photos are perfect, the property very well appointed. The community is quiet and beautifully kept. The pool area is quite large. There were some children with grandparents etc, but very respectful. If you want a laid back, quiet place to relax and enjoy the sun and beach ( not far at all ) then this is your place.

Top Ten

We’ll furnished and decorated. Gated and felt secure and safe. Area was quiet and less travelled, although more highly populated areas were close by. Would love to come back to this community.

Delightful

My family and I had the opportunity to stay here for an entire month since we were all working/schooling virtually. The place is immaculate with every need provided for. It was spacious, had plenty of space and met our needs perfectly. The only reason I will not give the neighborhood a 5 star rating is because this community is very strict and not really the best family friendly location. Due to the strictness of the rules in community areas we ended up not feeling like we could enjoy the pool to the fullest and instead went to the beaches on Gaspirilla Island most days- a short drive (but a toll $) and breathtakingly beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful weather!
