Luxury Condo on Little Gasparilla Island-Family Friendly, ferry included

We invite you to stay at our little slice of paradise located on Little Gasparilla Island, a bridgeless barrier island in Charlotte County, FL with a pristine private beach and sandy foot paths.
Come stay at Hideaway Bay Beach Club and enjoy natural Florida at it's best. You can park in the private lot, take the ferry, and walk less than 200 yards to relax island style, that includes plenty of beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, fishing poles and other gear so you can pack light and enjoy your time away from home! Feel free to catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the lanai or watch the sunset from the private beach. Community dock space is available for personal boats 24' or less and on a first come basis.
This family-friendly unit includes large bright rooms with flat screen TVs, comfortable couches and chairs, large custom island that seats 6, and covered seating under the unit for outdoor entertaining. Inside includes private bathrooms with loft and 2 queen beds, main level has private master and king-sized bed with TV, dresser, hangers (stay a while and make yourself at home)! There is also a pack-n-play available for use, including linens. Some puzzles, playing cards, books, DVDs, and smart TVs where you can stream your favorite apps for indoor entertainment, plus WiFi. Please note the only access to the unit main living area includes a flight of stairs.

Unit amenities:
Custom charcoal grill, cooler, filter water pitcher, ice trays in freezer, fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, slow cooker, etc., Keurig coffee maker (bring your own k-cups), cold brew pitcher, just bring your groceries and never have to leave the island.
Full size washer and dryer (Pack light, no need to bring the whole wardrobe!)
Linens and beach towels provided.
Paddle board to enjoy the bayside sights of manatee, dolphin, or other wildlife.
Fishing poles (out of state visitors will need a fishing license), bring some bait.
Umbrella, beach wagon, some toys, and chairs are available for use.
Golf cart is available with a deposit (inquire separately). Any driver must be licensed (proof required) and the cart is for use on Hideaway Bay Beach Club property only. We try our best to maintain and keep it in working condition, however, maintenance may be necessary and it may not be available. Leaving the property to explore the island may result in run down batteries and may leave you stranded. Towing fees will be the users expense.

Property amenities:
There is a heated pool, BBQ pit area, docks if you have a boat or want to fish bayside, private parking close to private ferry, secluded beach with private boardwalk. All common areas are subject to local guidelines for space use.
