Imagine waking to a beach paradise right outside your door! Enjoy your morning beverage and watch the waves gently role onto the soft, white sandy shore right outside your bedroom. This phenomenal location provides the perfect secluded getaway. The home includes a pool and beautiful outdoor living space with stunning views and endless beautiful sunsets. A full modern kitchen and new outdoor grill will be ready for the fish you may catch just steps from your door. Enjoy a long stroll along the water, then rest in the comfy hammock in the sand. Ocean kayaking is available for the adventurous. For fine dining, Magnolia's On the Bay is minutes away on the south end of the key. Steps further, you’ll find casual dining at the Waverly Restaurant featuring live music, and/or the lively Sandbar, a few steps further, should you feel like some island dancing! A quick 15 minute trip off the key in the other direction, is beautiful Venice, which provides island shopping and more wonderful restaurants. Florida’s famous Siesta Key, with its crystal white sand expanding an enormous crescent beach, includes plenty of shops and Tiki Bars just a 25 minute drive north. Whatever your mood or desire, your needs will be met, and exceeded, during your stay in this special gem on this pristine key! This is our personal jewel box where we spend several months every year to retreat and recharge. We invite you to do the same!

Spectacular Home

This was our second stay at this FANTASTIC Beach House! We truly love the outdoor space and privacy that comes with it. The home was very clean, and they thought of every home essential you could need. The location is unbeatable and the pool overlooking the Gulf with those amazing sunsets was breathtaking. It truly was a dream vacation and we can’t thank Susan and her team enough for making this once again a perfect vacation. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Perfection!

Usually when a booking looks almost too good to be true, there are issues. Not so with this gem! The house was gorgeous, the furnishings so comfy, the location spectacular and private, and the hostess the best I have ever dealt with when booking rentals. Every part of this vacation was simple, easy and relaxing. Thank you so much for sharing your part of paradise with us!

A perfect sanctuary.

This was probably our 3rd or 4th visit at Susan’s place and we absolutely love everything about it. We will continue to come here for years to come. Susan is such a gracious host and we just love it there.

Beautiful Beachfront Home

This was our second stay at this property it was just as amazing as we had remembered. Susan is an incredible host! Her hospitality is unmatched and she truly knows how to make her guests feel welcomed. Our 3 year old son has asked to go back to the beach house every morning, since we left. We look forward to working with Susan again in the future and continuing to make many more memories in this tranquil area.

Paradise Found!

We spend 9 amazing nights at this little slice of paradise. Susan was very accommodating and always available if anything was needed. The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!

Wedding in paradise!!

Perfect Vacation!

We were lucky enough to spend 8 nights here in mid June. From the booking process on, the owner was very helpful and responsive. The cleanliness of the home and the patio was very impressive. You can tell the cleaning staff really works hard and pays attention to details. I have never stayed at a place that had been cleaned so well. The view from the patio and even from inside with all the windows is gorgeous. When the mid afternoon heat got to be too much for me I would just go inside to the AC (which works great) and enjoy the view from the sitting area of the primary bedroom. I also put together the puzzle over a few afternoons. The patio furniture is so nice and comfortable and it is so relaxing out there listening to the ocean waves in the shade under the covered patio. I even took a nap out there one day. My favorite thing was floating around the pool with a noodle under my head, looking up at the blue and white sky and palm trees while listening to the waves. The beach chairs and umbrella with attachment to hold it in the sand was nice. We pretty much always had the entire beach to ourselves. That was amazing. There was a little motel a few houses down but there were never many people out there and aside from a few walking by rarely we never saw anyone close to us. The sunsets are gorgeous! We were so lucky to get a beautiful one every night. We made use of the nice gas grill a few nights for dinner. We also ordered food delivery a few times. I hope to return someday!

Perfect!

The property never disappoints. The perfect beach home with the best view you can imagine. The new Pottery Barn Furniture by the pool is a comfortable relaxing way to enjoy the views of the Gulf. I’ve stayed multiple times and already booked my next stay. Susan is the most attentive and gracious host I’ve ever experienced!

Best place ever!

We have stayed in many places along Manasota Key and this was by far the best! Starting with the owner, you will not find anyone more responsive than she is. She truly cares that you have a spectacular time. The most important aspect to this place for us was the peace and quiet even during Spring Break. The public beach is 1/2 mile away. Even though the Pearl Beach Inn is only 4 places away, their customers did not come down and sprawl in your area. There is a covered porch facing the ocean and it offered plenty of shade throughout the day. We were even able to sit out there during the rain and not get wet. There are quality beach umbrellas and a canopy for outdoor use along with Adirondack chairs and Tommy Bahama chairs. The place is protected with fencing. I love it, love it, love it!!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. Susan was a joy to work with. Very accommodating and always available if you needed her for anything. Wishing it was my home! Awesome vacation

Amazing location just steps from the beach with great views (sunsets, dolphins, etc.). The home is very well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. Susan is very responsive to any questions or needs. Enjoy your time sitting around the pool or walking the beach searching for shark teeth. Everything was perfect.

Manasota Key Beach House

My husband and I loved our stay at the beach house and plan to return next year. We were sad that most of February was already booked but we are happy to have secured dates for next year. The beach house is steps from the beach! There is lots of shells and sharks teeth to be found. House is close to restaurants, bars, shopping. The house is the perfect size for a couple and very comfortable! We loved the decor and the butler! Cannot wait to go back again and again! The only suggestion I would make would be to install a grab bar in the shower in case a person loses their footing.

We didn't want to leave!!

This home provided the most peaceful vacation we have ever been on. We are not "touristy" travelers, our vacations are meant to unwind and leave our troubles at home. From the moment you walk up to the front door and see the ocean you begin to feel refreshed. This home is superbly taken care of and has all the kitchen equipment you need. The layout of this property allows you to wake up looking at the ocean, prepare meals looking at the ocean, do laundry looking at the ocean. The whole back of the home facing the Gulf has sliding glass doors, it's amazing. When you step outside of those glass doors you're met with a beautiful pool. Right outside the gate, there are Adirondack chairs which make a day on the beach so relaxing. During our trip, we had only seen 4 other people on the beach the whole week. We have traveled to Manasota Key many times but during this secluded trip, we felt the wildlife were on full display. Every morning there was a group of Pelicans dive-bombing the water catching fish, along with pods of dolphins feeding . During the evening, the night sky entertained us. The stars were magnificent over the gulf. The home is beautiful by itself, but add the nature surrounding it made this a very unique and special vacation experience. The homeowner Susan is very attentive to your questions and she is such a wonderful person to communicate with. Thank you so much for sharing your paradise with us. We left only for tacos and groceries , LOL.

Paradise

This home was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. If your needing to just get away for some peace and quite this is the place to go. The beach is very private and very quite. The views are amazing!! We found so many sharks teeth and beautiful shells that we brought home to share with our grandchildren. Susan the owner is wonderful to deal with. She’s so sweet and was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back for another wonderful stay. AKeith
