Lots of space to be quiet and read or to sit together and play games. Great access to the beach. Great morning sunrise with coffee on the top deck. Worth the drive south to have space on the beach. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed this property and will likely book it again. We had some cleaning issues upon check in that the owner was able to rectify with the cleaning service the next day. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and great views from the top observation area. There is plenty of living space and the additional loft area is great, especially with having 2 teenagers with us. They have their own area to “hang out” spot. Plenty of parking under and beside the house, enough for at least 4 cars. Communication with the host was also great. He answered any questions/concerns promptly.

Look no further, this place is perfect! The house itself is gorgeous, spacious (my family of six was really able to spread out), and fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing week away from home. Something, I loved about this house was the decor, which is thoughtfully done. There is so much history about the house and the area, making it like a time capsule (read the journal!). So much charm!Quick walk to the beautiful beach and local shops. Plenty of eateries within a few minute drive. The Avon pier is close as well as other things to do and see around Avon, Hatteras, and Buxton.
