New, contemporary, luxury T2 flat in the Arcachonnaise-style residence "Les jardins d'Eyrac", 100 m from the beach, with private, secure parking, electric gate and lift. Entrance with intercom.

Residence close to the centre and casino of Arcachon (350 m), within easy walking distance, 500 m from the train station and less than 1 minute's walk from Eyrac beach.

South-west facing flat on the 1st and top floor of the residence.

Very comfortable, very bright, very well equipped, broadband fibre internet connection + Wifi 500Mb, large terrace ideal for dinner or lunch for 4 people.

- Living room with sofa opening onto the terrace, including flat-screen TV, TV box, Bose Bluetooth speaker.

- Modern kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with electric oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee maker, citrus press.

1 large bedroom with 160cm bed + bedside tables
wardrobe + desk.

A perfect place for a couple

The apartment has everything you need and is siuated within easy walking distance to the beach and town centre. It is a relaxing environment and is very well maintained with al mod cons. Sandrine was very helpful at check in and when leaving. It was our first time in Arcachon and we will be back.

Perfect

A really comfortable and clean little ‘nest’ in a very peaceful part of town but very close to everything one needed, restaurants, beach and the station. The apartment is spacious and the terrace is a bonus. It was really hard to come home and we look forward to returning one day. Thank you to Sandrine for being there to meet us and give us so many helpful recommendations.

Really clear, quick and helpfull communication with the owner. The location of the apartment is great, really close to the city center and even closer to the beach. You can park your car in front of the house in a reserved parking spot. The apartment was really clean and everything you need is there. From toiletpaper, garbagde bags, oil, candles etc. You only have to bring yourself and some clothes. We definitely recommend this accomodation.

The apartment was wonderful & Thierry was MOST helpful. Our only problem was using the oven which was EXTREMELY hi tech..Sandrine who met us at the apartment was also very helpful but had little English.. & my frnch was poor.. Thierry did email a manual but I could not change the settings on the cooker to English....not his fault ..afunction of my age perhaps.. However it did not spoil our holiday in any way

Everyone involved with this apartment cares about your stay. It's apparent a lot of love went into decorating here. The owners also provided helpful information about Arcachon. The apartment feels very private. It's a 15-20 minute walk left to Thiers Jetty and similar walk to the right to L'Aiguillon area. A fantastic boulangerie almost across the street, and the entrance to the beach - I think Plage d'Eyrac - only a 5 minute walk. This is a very high quality experience. In a compact space that didn't feel confined, we had all we needed or would want: great kitchen and appliances, including a dishwasher, good shower with ample hot water, the bed, pillows and bedding really comfortable. A large washer/dryer, beautiful outdoor space, and a secure parking spot outside. The one negative here is, when I made the reservation, I thought the listing said there was air conditioning. We know from traveling in SW France in the past, Summer brings heat waves. And it did. There is a Dyson fan, but we needed to go out and buy additional fans and made sure we kept all window shades 2/3 to fully closed even while we were there. Disappointing since the "green" view outside is lovely. One night I took a cool shower in the middle of the night to cool down. My partner is Dutch, we understand Air conditioning in Europe. But it may be time to rethink this given changes in weather. Otherwise, a very high quality apartment and positive experience with the owners and the charming housekeeper. Merci!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location qui correspond en tous points à l’annonce. Un emplacement idéal dans une résidence sécurisée et au calme, proche de la plage, tout est accessible à pied.L’appartement est propre et bien équipé, rien ne manque… nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La terrasse est superbe et bien aménagée.Les propriétaires et Sandrine sont très attentionnés. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique de Sandrine.Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Un immense Merci à Valerie et Thierry ainsi qu'a Sandrine de nous avoir permis de passer un séjour exceptionnel dans cette location qui est de loin la meilleure qu'il nous ait été donné d'occuper depuis de très nombreuses années .L'accueil de Sandrine qui fut très agréable prenant le temps de tout nous expliquer et également sa sympathie nous ont ravis . La localisation de l'appartement est idéale, proche du centre à moins de 150 mètres de la plage.Nous sommes rentrés dans un lieu d'une propreté exemplaire, décoré et agencé pour un confort optimal la grande terrasse est à elle seule un lieu de vie a part entière .La résidence est très calme, et bénéficie même d'un ascenseur ( Merci pour les valises..)Nous ne pouvons que recommander au plus haut point ce lieu qui a plus que grandement participé a la qualité de notre séjour dans la région .

Perfekter Urlaub in Arcachon

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Küchengeräte und Mobiliar sind hochwertig und in gepflegtem Zustand. Besonders angenehm war, dass alles super sauber war. Der Balkon ist sehr großzügig und bequem zum Entspannen. In Arcachon ist auch die Innenstadt sehr schön. Zum Einkaufen und Essen sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Große Supermärkte sind auch in der Umgebung. Besonders genossen haben wir die schönen Radwege am Becken entlang. Auch die Strände am Atlantik in der weiteren Umgebung sind wunderschön und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir möchten die Wohnung unbedingt weiter empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub in der schönen Ferienwohnung.

Un bel appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement se situe dans une petite résidence à deux pas de la plage et proche du centre ville et des commerces. Il est confortable, bien équipé et pourvu d'une très belle terrasse. Parking privé situé en surface au pied de la résidence. A conseiller sans restrictions.
