Mountain View, amenities: Pool, Spa, Valet, 24 Hour Room service to name a few. Located on the 33rd Floor. Balcony access is no longer Available till further notice.

Amazing property with great views. The host, Valerie, was very accomodating, and maintained good communication throughout the trip. I highly recommend!

Great property

Great property, nice unit that was perfect for a weeks stay for business. Palms casino was very convenient via sky bridge. Restaurants in the casino were top notch.

Great Spot and Host

The host was very responsive and communicated well. The property was as shown in the pictures and the condo was in a good location. It was a great rental for the weekend with some friends!

Five Stars – A True Gem!

Our recent stay at this VRBO rental was outstanding! The property is a true gem – impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The breathtaking views from the deck added an extra layer of relaxation to our getaway. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. If you're looking for a five-star retreat, look no further! We highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Great location, minimal kitchenette

We loved this studio and had good communication with the owner/manager. We like to rent spaces with kitchenettes and this time had to supply our own spoons. We shared a cracked bowl but did find 2 plates. Aside of those small considerations, we'd stay again. Thank you.

Host was very communicative. The apartment is nice, has cool mountains and city view, located very close to a food plaza and main city activities. Free self parking with a roof, pool, casino and small food court inside the building. A LOT of kitchen supplies like mixer, toaster, few different coffee machines including Keurig, so you can bring some of your capsules. Dishwasher and wet wipes, bounty wipes also are there, really liked that. Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, towels all provided. Hair conditioner has ended on the second day. Overall the apartment has a very visible wear, floor is chipped, couch has cigarette burn mark, weird stains of different colors. Same for the colorful pillows, they all covered in some suspicious stains… We tried not to touch them too much and didn’t sit on the couch. You can see that the host was trying their best but seems like people that were visiting this apartment turned it into some dirty gem, because the view here is indeed stunning and this apartment has a great potential. Apartment is missing 2 light sources that are on the pictures provided in the original description, so at nighttime it’s quite dim there. Sewer in a bathroom has a weird smell, but it’s not too disturbing. I guess you have to pay more to get a perfectly clean apartment with a kitchenette, so i would say it worth the money but I guess i had a higher expectations…
