About this space
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Stunning Studio Suite located just off Las Vegas Blvd. With full-length windows, state-of-the-art kitchen and this suite is 615 square feet of posh living. Strip View, amenities: Pool, Spa, Valet, 24 Hour Room service to name a few. Amenities can be seasonal. Please contact us to confirm availability. Located on the 23rd floor. *At least one guest must be 21+ to book.
The space
The Studio Suite is 600 square feet of contemporary luxury living. It has all the amenities of a well-appointed condo- with the views and elegance only Palms Place can deliver. 1 King size bed, queen-size pull-out sofa.
Other things to note
- At least one guest must be 21+ to book. Additional guests can be under 21.
- Free Parking
- Any guest staying 4 days or less is required to place a refundable security deposit of $100/daily at check-in with a credit card. Any person staying 5 days or more the deposit is $500/max.

Love this place. Definitely will rent in the future. Love that it has a stove. Safe some money by cooking and not eating out. Just a perfect place, and the view was amazing too.

Nice studio apartment and pretty view. Had everything you would need and a comfortable bed. The only thing that bothered me was the smell in the shower (a little musty). The pool area is very nice and fun. They do play music, so if that is not your thing, just bring earplugs. I’d stay there again.

The room was amazing. We were on the 23rd floor and had an amazing view of the Strip which was even more amazing at night. The room was cozy and inviting. If you want to save money from eating out this place met those needs with the appliances on hand. Especially the fridge. Full equipped gym on site and the pool was just right. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Great location if you are wanting a more relaxing and chill vibe away from the strip. Definitely will come back here.
