Wonderful stay!

This was our first time at Myrtle Beach. The location was wonderful and it was easy to get to the beach. It was also close to attractions in Myrtle Beach while being in a calmer location north. The lazy river was a favorite for kids and adults both!

Enjoyed our stay

Whole family liked. Only negative was we had to buy our own t. Paper and didn’t know that. And only 8 towels with 8 guest, and 4 of them were girls and we use 2 towel each usually. Other wise we liked our stay, and would stay again.

Nice location. Family oriented location. Not far from many different attractions! The condo is spacious which was nice. Perfect view of the ocean!

Great vacation spot

Great condo for our family vacation. Only suggestion I have is to install a key code for the door. This will make check in/out easier and faster (avoid trips to realty company for key pickup/drop off).

Room was outdated.

The area was great. The room was very outdated. There was a hole in the bathroom door, paint pealing off the wall, and things were definitely not as clean as they should be. The toaster and coffee maker were very old and had issues working.

Nice stay

The location and amenities were great. The room was a bit out dated but very accurate to the listing. It was a bit of a hassle to go off site to check -in and check-out. A key code entry would have been great as well

Great location and nice amenities! Restaurant/bar was great for a late evening snack! Could use a shelf or small corner table in the bathroom off the master for convenience . Could use a new shower curtain in the master bath. King bed had no sheets but the realty office offered to send someone but opted to just to take the sheets with me! Overall a Fantastic stay!

Good location, good place for family & children

Overall everything was good. This is a good place for families. This is a convenient location on the beach and off. We had plenty of room for our family, 3 couples & a child. Master bed was comfy & has a great view, as well as, the living area. Note: We did not go to the on-site restaurant, bar, etc. so can't comment on those, although, they were located conveniently. Negatives: Paper towel holder had crusty stuff like dried corn flakes on it. Thanks, but no thanks for the "free" partial roll of paper towels. The rooms were not thoroughly clean. (I wipe down surfaces, knobs, remotes & handles, regardless.) Two hairy qtips were on master bath floor. I don't think floors had been swept nor cleaned. There was a vacuum that we used regularly. That was good to have. I still would recommend, with caution, because it is a good location & family friendly.

Needs some TLC!

Unfortunately we did not have the best time here. The resort and location was nice but this room needs some some serious TLC. Me and my two children slept in the Master bedroom which has bed bugs and now I have bed bugs at my home because I used my own sheets. Myself and my children got ate up with bed bug bites. The furniture had a smell to it and look so old and warn that we used blankets to lay over the sofa and two chairs just to feel comfortable while sitting on it. There was a broken piece on the counter in the hallway that got caught on our clothing everytime we walked buy it. It actually cut my grandma really bad. The floors were full of sand when we got there, we hadn't been there for an hour and my children's feet were black almost instantly. There was no toaster or coffee maker but lots of coffee cups. There was a burn hole on the kitchen table. I think this room was a lot cheaper than the other rooms at the resort but it was was not worth it to bring bedbugs back into my home that I am still dealing with. I would recommend that this room be updated with new furniture.

Not up to par

The property was not cleaned and there was significant disrepair. The couch which is a pull out was broken in such a way that the mattress fell through and you fall through if you sit on it. There was food on the wall and there was food under the couch. There were piles of sand in the closets not a dusting as all over the floors but actual piles. The supplies were in adequate and that this was a unit for 10 people to sleep and there were five bath towels two hand towels and four washcloths. The unit has a lot of wear but would do if it were cleaned, stocked and the pullout couch fixed. Also be aware you must leave the property at 10am check out unlike most places that will let you use the pools on your travel days. Location was perfect and kids activities and live music at the pool were great.

Good location but had some issues

We loved the location of this condo. But we did have some issues. Communication with the management company was not good. We went to wrong place after copying and pasting the address in my gps. When I mentioned this they said “there are a lot of similar addresses around here”. We drove an hour out of our way plus u loaded and took the topper off of our vehicle. It was an ordeal. We didn't see the gate code on the printed paper so we got stuck at the parking garage gate and panicked until a guy coming out told us the code. A girls drowned in the lazy river during our stay. Please keep a close watch on your children regardless of age. The employees are NOT looking out for them. There is no lifeguard. There was also a shark in the water one day so we had to vacate the ocean. As for the unit, the cleaning was subpar at best. We found trash in drawers. There weren’t enough bowls and silverware for the 6 of us. I bought some and left them. The unit is dated but that didn’t bother us. There is one smart tv in the bedroom with two queen beds. All of the others are not. There is cable tv. The beds are not comfortable. We couldn’t find a sheet for the pullout sofa sleeper. But again, the location is great and the view from the master bedroom and balcony are great. The unit is also very close to the elevator (and the trash, take the good with the bad I guess), We took a wagon with us for loading/unloading since carts are few and far between.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrived we were somewhat disappointed. The unit was very dated, not well maintained and not very clean. Then further disappointment when we found roaches, the issue was handled immediately but disappointing none the less. The location was great, but the south tower was no where as nice in the lobby as the 2 other towers. We did look at similar units there for rent when we were there that were updated and maintained much better.
