Awesome ocean view! Unit was very clean and decorated nicely. We were on 10th floor, it was very quiet. The building is an old building but they work hard to keep it looking nice. The pools were nice! Easy beach access. Had two hiccups when we got there, 2 tvs didn’t work, and bed skirt in one bedroom was dirty. Called and these items were rectified quickly. TVs in two rooms are very small. Picture of 3rd bedroom is misleading. That bedroom is tiny! Overall, we had a great experience and would return.

Great views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - 10th floor with an elevator. Amazing views, we enjoyed sitting on the patio morning and night. Rooms were clean, we had everything needed in the kitchen. Loved using the boards and sand toys. Cons- the bathrooms were very small and hard to use as they were very out dated. Wish there were things for kids in the condo ( games etc.). Kitchen sink was outdated and made it hard for cooking and cleaning. Bring all cleaning supplies and beach towels. Couch needs updating as well. Overall a great stay, needed a few more things if you’re staying with kids.

The property was clean and the view was amazing. The beach was not over crowded. Beds were comfortable, as well. Read the “what to bring” section of the contract to make sure you have all the things you need, including TP. I liked the location being away from all of the craziness of the main drag on Myrtle Beach.
