This home was recently remodeled and is a modern beach villa in the best location imaginable.  Premium features such as new hard flooring, stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous remodeled bathroom makes the home one-of-a-kind.  With inviting coastal decor and details throughout, you can relax in style with all of the creature comforts of home.

Our full kitchen features a Keurig as well as classic coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, and an open layout where you easily catch up with friends and family.  Our kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, the bedrooms in our home offer plenty of sleeping options to accommodate families, friends, and golfers. The master bedroom boasts a king bed with ensuite bathroom and flat screen smart TV - perfect for watching your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, and the third bedroom has a full and a twin bed. These bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am, No exceptions.

*This unit is located on the 1st floor, but requires five steps to the landing.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Charcoal grill on left side of building.

*Washer/Dryer in unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

With a top location in the heart of North Myrtle Beach in the famous Ocean Drive section, you have the area`s best offerings at your fingertips! Main Street with its restaurants, arcades, shops, live music, and nightlife are just down the street!  Barefoot Landing and the surrounding area features hundreds of restaurants and shops nearby for great entertainment,



Enjoy shopping at Tanger Outlets, dinners along Restaurant Row, tons of golf courses nearby, and the North Myrtle Beach Sports Park.  Take a short drive is Myrtle Beach and enjoy attractions such as the SkyWheel, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach!



Getting Around:

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
